I ordered a window yesterday for my car. You have it in stock, that you will be here tomorrow between 12 and 2 to install. I called at 2:30, was told you would be here in an hour. Ok, now its 4:55. I call to get new time, NO ONE ANSWERS. SHOP IS CLOSED!! WHAAAAT???

Price is good compared to others but my appointment was a disappointment! Had to call the owner like x3 before he sent out someone. The service guy was why I am giving this place a 3 star!
