These guys are good whether you need your tire fixed because of a flat putting on new tires getting balance they give you good prices and do good work

I needed to get my tires rotated so I just went here on my lunch and Cesar helped me out right away. I just sat in the shade with the AC on while he was in the sun in 95-100° weather changing my tires. ON TOP OF THAT, HE GAVE ME A DISCOUNT. Wth, I never felt so spoiled in my life.They said itd take about 30m, he finished in 10 minutes ! He was done before I even finished writing this review. I got some princess type treatment here. I always hated doing any type of car things but the whole experience was amazing, Id even say i enjoyed it.10/10, definitely recommended. I wish all services were this great. I didnt get his name, but the dude that rang me up was very nice and funny too. Keep it up dudes

Im new to this part of town and was looking for a place to buy tires. I stopped by Ramos and got an estimate for $400 for two new tires total out the door. When I dropped of my car the following day they asked if I needed an alignment (add $80). I asked if theyd check one of my tires for a leak (add $20 more). Now, I feel like Im being nickel and dimed. I like to shop local, but, between the extras and the fact that I had to go back after I paid to get my tire valve caps, and the fact that I found a screwdriver under my hood, and the fact that one of my lug nuts fell off later that day; well, Im done with Ramos Tire.

This little spot is ligit. I usually buy my own parts and they have given me a fair price for all the work/labor. They guys that work there are friendly.

I figure I go to the nearest tires shop to get my tired fix and walk in with a really bad tire problem. I asked them for help and he tried to explain me what to do and I say “We’ll that the reason I bring it here” and the guy got mad and rudely told me that they couldn’t do anything there. I ask if I could park my truck there until the tow truck arrived and they made me park in the handicapped spot. After I tow my truck back home the tow truck guy explained to me that I could easily change the flat tired and move my car back. These guys didn’t want to help me. I really thought they helped the community but it’s all a fraud. They don’t know or they don’t want to help you. I give them one star because I couldn’t give them any less. Really bad service.

I took my car into get alignment car was not even left straight and my steering wheel shakes at 65 mph. Wanted it to work out cause the staff seemed like good people.

Took my car to get alighnment they made it worse I told them I’m getting pulled to the right and they were like yes we can fix it he worked on it for like 10-15 min and he said it’s done I was like ok cool that was fast but when I drove it down the street it was still moving me to the right and feels evenWorse don’t go to these guys for a alighnment paid 90$ and when I took it back that same hour they said u have to fix your camber and then I told them arnt you guys supposed to fix it that’s wat a alighnment is for DONT GO TO THESE GUYS FOR A ALIGHNMENT

They did an awesome job when it came to repairing my punctured tire. But there were two things that really bothered me when I was there. 1) I inquired over the phone to ask how much they would do the tire for. Gave them tire size, make, model and year of my car. Told me it would be 15$. I like that price. However, I get there, they do my tire and ask for 25$. I didnt like how they told me one thing on the phone then raised their price when I got there. And 2) they put air in the remaining three tires just as courtesy but they went overkill with the air. Most tires have a recommended psi of 35 but when I checked my tire reading they were 42!! All four tires!! I felt like they were setting me up for another puncture so that I could come back for more business. Not cool.

Great place. I had a screw in my tire that didnt actually puncture the tire, which I didnt know. Went to different places and they told me they couldnt fix it when they looked at the tire. I went to Ramos and they pulled the screw out and it was just a small screw which didnt even go through the tire. Super friendly and a huge help. It was a relief finding out it didnt actually go through.

A good MECHANIC explains to you what is best for the car not just for the money but because they want clients coming back this guys just wanted money.However the ALIGNMENT department people are GREAT!

Never get a alignment from these people, they will do absolutely nothing and make you spend more! I unfortunately trusted them to do my alignment as they had a reasonable price compared to other Professional auto shops. They said they had aligned the car, yet after leaving and giving me the paper work saying all my tires were aligned (false paper work) my car right tire started to rub vigorously against the inside of my car like the tires were out of alignment even more.. My car is worse than when I took it in and will never trust them to do any work on my car as they are deceiving liars. They just want to scam people who do not have much knowledge about auto parts. DO NOT GO HERE! Go to a trusted professional auto shop, it may be more expensive but you will be saving yourself a headache and frustration when your car turns out perfectly fixed instead of having more problems than when you went in with.
