Really poor customer service. Its almost laughable. I was having trouble uploading my ready-to-print design on line. So i called in and some older, rude man with an accent answered the phone.He was super impatient. Kept cutting me off. Wouldnt let me finish a single sentence. He told me, AND I QUOTE......The answers to your questions are online. All you have to do is read!.Unbelievable!!!I just hung up at that point. I dont have time for that.I called another company. Emailed my design. They got back to me with the price. Ill be picking up my banner in 2 days. THATS HOW ITS DONE.You guys really need to get that mans attitude in check. Meanwhile you guys are losing business because it looks like im not the only one thats had to deal with this rude person.
All I needed was a banner for my small bussiness showed the man a picture of an example he told me to ask that person where they got it so they can make me one. Poor bussiness Im going elsewhere. It was an older man who helped me.
I placed an order yesterday morning, called to ask about pickup/delivery as I need it this weekend and dont commute to Santa Ana very often.They have a special for next day delivery in CA (OC Im guessing), he told me to call once order was placed so he could look out for it. I approved the proof, and here it is at my doorstep 24 hrs later! Thank you for going above and beyond to serve your customers!
My friend ordered a print from here a couple of days ago and although the print turned out awesome, the customer service was really not up to par. Naad was really rude and impatient when she was trying to explain what she wanted and proceeded to interrupt her a million times on the phone. When there was an issue with the print he proceeded to state that he doesnt have time for this and after she explained she was upset with the customer service he said that she cant talk to him like that. Overall really bad experience with the customer service.
Very quick service. They prepared my banner in two days. Their price is very reasonable. The person was very helpful and friendly. We are very happy to do business with them. I will go back to them for my other orders.
Have been using this company for over 10 years for my banners. Prices are great as is their turnaround times. Shipping rates are very reasonable, especially if youre in CA. If local, you can pick up your order in the store. I still have banners I ordered from them 8 years ago. Definitely recommend!

Ive been buying banners from these guys for years now and have always had a wonderful experience. You cant beat their speed and the quality is amazing as well! I usually order online and have it delivered but the couple of times I stopped by the shop to pick up my orders the manager was very professional and pleasant.
We couldnt be more pleased with our purchase. We ordered several banners late on Tuesday for an event were hosting over the weekend and they were ready to be picked up on Thursday. I called another local sign shop before finding 1 Day Banner and not only could the other shop not guarantee that the banners would be printed in time, the price was quite a bit higher. Excellent experience all around!

I have used 1DayBanner several times in both my music career and my agency business and have had good experiences, until today. Surprisingly, I have to say that the owner who answers the phone was completely unprofessional (I’ve never had a complaint before so I’ve never seen this side of him). We called last Friday to see if we got a banner design in to them that we would have it mailed out by the following Tuesday. He told me as long as he got it before 6am on Monday we would be good for it shipping out Tuesday. So we got it in on Friday. We called on Monday to confirm and he told us it would be shipped out Tuesday. Well we found out today it wasn’t shipped until Thursday morning. Now our client is out of luck and they only needed the banner for a one-time church event this Sunday. When I called to figure out what happened the man was completely argumentative without even listening to me. Instead, he was immediately on the defensive, because in his mind, I should have known they were closed for Columbus Day. He never once mentioned this the two times we talked to him (one of those times being on Columbus Day!?!). Regardless, the lesson here is not who’s right or who’s wrong, it’s that 1DayBanner doesn’t care about its clients when something goes wrong (that’s the perception I now have). Sure they are nice when it’s a good order experience and everything goes well, but if you have an issue, expect that they will only see it THEIR way. I don’t know about you, but unless you work for the federal government or a bank, you probably worked or went to school on Columbus Day, but that’s really not what this is about. Right, wrong or indifferent - I cannot recommend this company anymore and I will not order from this company anymore. Not once did the man even say sorry for the confusion (that would have been incredibly easy to do), all he did was argue. I couldn’t even get a word in without him interrupting me defensively, and it definitely didn’t matter that I was a repeat customer - he didn’t care. Goodbye 1DayBanner, you lost a customer that has referred you to others many times. Those of you who have had good experiences, just wait until you have a complaint... maybe the guy will read this and change his attitude in the future. I would have been ok if he had just shown some empathy, but nope, he didn’t, not one bit of empathy. I believe in forgiveness and the Golden Rule, but this guy really doesn’t care about that. He takes his customers for granted. He’ll probably read this and get defensive in response... Self-reflect sir and learn from your mistakes.
Maybe its time for the crabby old man running this business to retire already. Throughout the entire process, he really had a bad attitude, and was rude and all around acted like my business was a waste of his time. Zero customer service skills and little knowledge about which files can be printed, or even the difference between .PSD, .EPS. or . PNG files. While Im standing in front of the store counter, he is sitting by at his computer, doesnt even get up. The phone rings and he picks up the call, tells the customer on the other end he doesnt know probably a pricing question because he is not at his computer right now. Totally lying to the customer in front of me. Why dont you just close shop man, there are a thousand other banner shops in OC that do know what they are doing, and actually know a thing or two about how to treat customers.
