I ordered 2 team banners and 8 mini pennants from this banner company. Everything the ordered looked really great and was designed with care. However, when i tried getting a decal made for a new team member added to our team, it took a month to receive it. i emailed 3 times, was told it was shipped(but they didnt sound confident), called twice, and was told the same thing but it never showed up. finally after a month, i received it, and it was at no charge because of the long wait.Near the end of the soccer season, they offer the option to order mini pennants for each team member. I emailed them to let them know I wanted to place an order. I never received confirmation that they had shipped the pennants or that my card, that they had on file from the previous purchase, had been charged. That irked me a little. Furthermore, their website stated shipping was $10, when i read the invoice that came with the mini pennants, i was charged $12. i contacted them to let them know they had overcharged, and their response was shipping prices have gone up and their website hadnt been updated to reflect the price increase. They did not honor the price on their website, which i thought was bad business/customer service.I really dont know if i would use this company again. They make really nice banners, but beyond that, they dont stand out to me in any other way. Ive never used any other banner company, but next season i will definitely look elsewhere before using them again.
