I go to this place for convenience and the alkaline water tastes pretty good but I could do without their employee yelling at me Thats enough! while Im rinsing my bottle. I did not appreciate that as Ive come to this store every 2 weeks for the last year and a half. Please teach your employees better customer service.

The Water Store is a solid local business providing tasty, clean, and refreshing water both inside and out front through three water vending machines. I suggest you try their Structure Alkaline water. If youre a fan of PH balanced water, this one is a special combo of good stuff that makes it very smooth and drinkable.

The lady who works there is very helpful and very knowledgeable in water highly recommend this place

Ive been coming to this store for close to 2 years now. Our local store closed and this is the closest, even though its about 20 min away; I find its really worth the trip. The water is very reasonably priced, better than my old water store, too!The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I have yet to go in and have anyone not smiling and/or ask me if I want help to load the water into my car when Im done, unless they were busy with someone else at the time & I didnt want to wait.The store is always clean, a very important factor in the 5 stars for this review. the water tastes fresh, clean and great, plus they also have the alkaline water for those who want it.I highly recommend The Water Store to anyone who wants good water for their family to drink, instead of the problems with the water that comes out of the tap in most areas.

I am so glad that I found this Water Store! I have tried several others in a 7 mile radius of Tustin, Orange, Santa Ana and this one has the best, cleanest tasting water with affordable pricing, and the lovely lady who always offers to assist with a smiling friendly manner is an added asset to the store! This is like living waters.....
