Molding aisle too tight to the other aisles. How are you gonna put 16 molding in between 3 aisles? Makes it a mission to put long moldings on to to the cart and out the aisles. Pure idiocracy on whoever made that call.

Fairly good selection, tables near cash register, good discounts on any # of things. Products that HD doesnt carry.

I received a first impression today, Sunday morning, at HD Supply in Santa Ana. It was great, absolutely fantastic. The employee called Dave led me to all the places in the store where I could find the parts to assemble a kitchen sink with pipes, countertop, and cabinet. He also explained how the parts fit together and what I have to do. This place is an excellent warehouse with all such products at good prices. Thank you!

This place has great prices and builder grade materials. For your basic tools and supplies these prices are hard to beat. I normally get a very helpful staff there and Im in-and-out very quickly

Lots of doors, windows, flooring, counters, cabinets, faucets etc in stock. Central Orange County location in Santa Ana off 4th st. and the 5 freeway. Friendly and helpful staff. This place will save me thousands.

I am not rating the store itself, but merely their website . This has to be one of the most worthless websites ever!!!! Cool i can check store locations and somewhat their different departments...,(which Google maps couldve done too except the dept .)Now, where are all the materials? Supplies? Tools? Hardware?? All I get is a nice pic of some assorted mats... Wow!! Harbor freight has a better site than that! Shame on you, at this day and age to have such a sub-par website is embarrassing and almost insulting...That alone was good enough for me to not set foot in any hd supply... Lets hope you guys can work this out! Best of luck

They have a lot of stuff home depot doesnt carry but can sometimes be more expensive. The trade off is worth it when it saves you an extra trip to another store.

They have a good selection of tile for bathrooms. Delivery cost is $120 for the first person of the day and if you need a second person to unload the item... way to much.

Best experience yet at a hardware store customer service was impeccable especially the service desk you can come and help me and went above and beyond expectation

Great place I love it.

Asked for someone to help us with a 3400 purcgase but told they dont do that anymore. Had to write skus ourselves and then was so slow checking out. No customer service.

Horrible customer service! Almost ran over my 2 year old granddaughter and had the nerve to tell me to watch where I was going! We were going in on the right side of entrance and he was coming out but had something way taller than him and never looked to see if it was clear to go out on the entrance side! I will never do business here again!

Another alternative to the big box stores, kinda rough with mostly contractors with a few lay people around, if you know what you want, knock your self out.
