I went to the store for 3 days straight spent several hours trying to get 2 phone, provided all the information required and was not able to get phones. Verizon is suppose to be one of the best phone companies, yet worst experience I’ve had. Leslie provided excellent customer services and helped me as much as possible. Unfortunately Wyatt input my personal information wrong multiple times and my application got flagged as fraud, now for his mistakes I could not get the iPhone B1G1 promo but most important this will affect my credit score.

This is by far the best Verizon store I have ever done business with! The employees were fabulous in assisting me with my purchase. They go above and beyond in helping you out and would even order stuff for you if they dont carry something in their inventory at that moment. I highly recommend this store. Both employees were so rude. We walked in wanting to ask some questions about my phone and maybe return it but since both employees were busy helping other people we just stood and looked at the phones from a distance. We werent rude. We just waited quietly. We didnt rush either of them. However as soon as the male employee came out he started yelling diamonds or something like that. He had a slight accent so we asked what he meant for him to just say since I didnt get my phone there they couldnt help us. The female also just jumped in and said the same thing. I asked one more time for both of them to clarify what they were saying but they both were in a rush to help the people they were already with so they were quick to just brush us off. I wanted to buy a new phone for my brother too. I guess Ill just take my money and go somewhere else.

My phone died and like most people I didnt want to start over with a new phone. Sadly it turned out my old phone was indeed not able to be brought back to life. Leslie from this Verizon store helped me decide my options. Since my phone was done I couldnt call about the deductible for the insurance but Leslie called for me and when I found out the price of that I decided to get a new phone. I am grateful for the kind and patient support I received in starting over with a new device I am happy with and post this review from. Thanks again Leslie and this particular Verizon.

Beware! As a chairman or the Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce I was asked to support this Verizon store at their Ribbon Cutting on 8/9/18. I showed up to support the two owners (brothers). They explained they the benefits of doing business with a family owned store was that the service was much more personalized. That comment they made could not be more far from the truth. I purchased a tablet that day through one of the owners and he told me that he would have it in the store the following Tuesday. Today is 9/5/18 and I still do not have the tablet. I have called the store more than five times and each time am given an excuse. I asked for the owner to call me back to provide the level of customer service he promised, especially since he is the one who sold me the tablet. He will not return my call. I am disappointed with this store and they way the treat their customers. It seems very much like s shady business. Beware of going to this store. They are many Verizon stores to work with. Be safe and choose a different location.

This is the second time Ive tried to use this store location, but they never open on time. Its almost 10 after, gate shut and lights are off and last time i waited over 30 minutes. Ill happily give my business to a different Verizon location.

Horrible!!! Went to this location 2 times now and horrible both!! First time doors were locked and no one there an hour before the posted close time. Second time went in to pay my cell bill, and they couldn’t accept cash?!? I didn’t even need change just to pay it! This location is horrible!! Don’t waste your gas or time trying to get service here!

I had a good experience working Frank Rosales at this particular location, He was helpful in anyways to go an extra mile and help me switch from my old carrier to an new one. 5 Stars for Frank. Keep it up buddy.The reason I am giving 3 stars total is due to the lack of efficient systems that reps used to help out customer that takes hours and hours to enroll customer into new device plan and activate their services. I went this store 3-4 times and almost spent 2 hours just sitting and waiting there so that some one from verizon customer service/support helps us out. Finally someone helped us and said that everything from their end is done and client should be able to make/receive messages/calls and use data. Alas! it didnt work for me for 2 days and I finally figured myself that port needed to be transferred from one of the rep from verizon support and that resolved this issue.I wanted to give 3 stars for this but since Reps at this particular location were doing anything they could to help me so I gave four stars

I do not recommend going through this Verizon store. The management is very poor with communication and employees do not know what they are doing. I traded my iPhones in for a new iPhone, they took my phone (they were not supposed to take it) and then they lost my phone and I was charged. Getting ahold of a manager or someone they could actually help me was nearly impossible. I finally had to contact corporate and file a complaint. Avoid the drama and go through an actual Verizon, these guys are privately owned.

Juan, william and julia did an outstanding job in assisting me with everything i needed. Each of them were extremely patient and went beyond the call of duty. I will recommend anyone needing assistance to come to this location. They all gave great service and take pride in their work. I am a very satisfied customer.

Representative that helped me was great but for some reason my phone took forever to get activated. It wasnt his fault, it was something with Verizon service.

Unethical business practices. if you notice majority of this store 5 star rating reviews are from people with 1 review.. meaning while they set up people phones that has gmail. they go into people accounts and post fake reviews without their consent wake up verizon

The WORST verizon store ever!! I felt like the staff had no idea what they were doing. I waited for 25 minutes while both employees accomplished nothing with their customers. After waiting that long I gave up and walked out

POS of a store. shady store avoid at all cost. sold me a free tablet (never disclose the 20$ line access fee ) and change my plan without my consent. when i went back in to check if i had sign off on the plan change. they wasnt able to show me paperwork that i actually signed for the plan change. ALSO THEIR INVENTORY ARE ALL REFURBISH.bring your box to a corporate store and have them check if their brand new. i will be filing a suit

AVOID!!! Completely incompetent staff confirmed. Came in to get help with a software update for my iphone and was told I had a hardware issue and need to send in my device to manufacturer. I ended up fixing the issue myself by doing the software update through itunes. Phone works perfectly now. Completely unknowledgeable staff working here.

This store is shady and committed fraud. BE AWARE Their employee Julia allowed my ex girlfriend to take my phone upgrade, they added accessories, insurance etc.to my personal account without any authorization. Im still stuck with an old S3 that constantly dies and needs to be plugged in all the time. I made it clear that nobody will have access to my account through Verizon customer service.The employee Julia called me and asked for my password and claimed they just needed to verify information, thats when they helped my ex steel from me. I went into the store to get this taken care of and the Manager Juan Rivera said he will need to call me back the next day. Hes avoided my calls for two weeks. Verizon and the Santa Ana Police Department said its a personal matter and that I need to take this person to small claims court instead of shutting off the new phone and making her return the new one she took out in my name.

Avoid going to this store at all cost. They will try to sell you things claiming to be free but hide the cost. I went there to just upgrade my phone. They offered me tablets saying they are free of cost. But they were not. I call it dishonesty. If you have to go to a Verizon store then just go to corporate Store only.

Everythings great about this place except they arent a corporate Verizon store, only an authorized retailer. That means they cant handle every issue themselves, they are there to sell phones and plans, but they do that well.

I walked in about 1 months ago to ask about my contract. I was waiting for help and the guy told me someone else was about to clock in to just wait 10min for the guy to arrive. Well I waited 40min until Chris finally showed up and he seemed pleasant and friendly, helped me with my questions and told me he changed my data around and said I was good to go. He mentioned that I wouldnt see the changes until my next billing cycle. Well my new billing cycle started and nothing was different. I called and spoke to a lady who informed that there were no changes made and futher assisted me with my questions. All I have to say is that I have a been a proud customer of verizon for many years and I am trully dissapointed to have been helped by a verizon employee who lied to me. I feel I have been cheated and was told that I would receive more data at no charge and I ended up finding out that he did absolutely nothing for me. Maybe the way my contract is I would have chosen to no longer change stuff around but the fact that he did not explain anything to me and on top of that lied to me I am very unhappy. If you go here I do not recommend you seeking help from Chris.

I had called in morning to make sure that they had the Samsung Note 3 in stock & the salesperson Rudy had told me that they were going to be receiving it in the afternoon. He told that thered be no problem & that itd be there ready for me later on that day.But when I came the later that night they did not have it; another Sales associate then told me that none of the other Verizon stores had it in stock. This I learned was a lie because when I went to another store a couple blocks away & they did have the Note 3 in stock .I really do not appreciate being lied to & misled, this shows this is a Very shady & Untrustworthy store.TIP: DO Your research before going to this store Or you will be misled. I suggest going to a Corporate store to be sure you get the right info.

I came in here for a phone issue I (actually extremely frustrated, and ready to throw my phone against the wall) was experiencing with my new Samsung Note 8, to my surprise, Marco and Alberto both did a GREAT job helping me and exceeded my expectations for customer service. Thank you both, this will be my main store from now on.

I had to travel to Santa Ana for work and had phone software issues that I needed to get resolved right away. The staff at the store were very knowledgeable and helpful in having my issues resolved.

They dont disclose all the fees make sure you ask questions about additional fees I was totally shocked when I got my first bill not cool the guy lied to me

Locked up before 7pm but closes at 9 for security reasons, helpful guy that was there at moment but just made me question the place.
