The staff isnt too friendly. I cannot expect much but any RipCurl Ive ever been to in Southern Cali the staff feels like they hate their jobs. Thats the impression I get from my years of experience shopping at 3 different locations. They have nice clothing though.

Great store! Rip Curl makes the best wetters (flashbomb)and this store has a great selection, plus trunks, tees, wax etc. Julia was super helpful and patient, they all were. If you need gear for your next sesh, dont pass them up...

Extremely helpful staff. Sammy the change room attendant was articulate and anticipating how my family of 4 with a teen and a 10yr old might be helped best.Mia, and Rainy the manager. Have managed to foster a vibrant and youthful staff into a TEAM of great customer care providers.Lastly, i do not believe this was correctly identified. For any outlet shop to be this well organized and arranged is beyond me.(Not the usually collection on miss-labeled miss-priced, rummage for hours trying to find a deal setups.)I do recommend and will shop again.Thank you.

Very impressed with the store. Staff was very helpful. I came in for the Rip Curl swim trunks. Fabric is amazing, comfortable, slightly stretchy, and the fit is perfect. They almost dry off before you do. They tie easily and the strings stay tied. Little things mean a lot. Thats all I have shopped for yet, but I will be going back very soon to check out the T-shirts and casual shirts they have as well. Very decent prices and sizeable selection.

Ive been in many surf shops and skate shops, RipCurl outlet is perfect for anyone needing everything all in one store... They prices are just right and not over the top like other surf shops that are trying to pay for utilities and cost of operation because they are located right in front of the beach or inside the mall... This is the best store to find everything in one place, the selection is on the spot and very roomy and clean floors. Staff are always helpful and the store manage is super nice. If you hear otherwise, then that individual is just a hater (LoL)... Anyway, happy shopping to all and dont forget to head out to Laguna - Newport - HB Surf City - and - Seal Beach : )

I wish I could remember their names; but I recently purchased a watch at Rip Curl Sample sale and I was having problems getting it set up. I walked in and first a young lady offered to help. She didnt have experience in the type of watch I had but she was very nice. She got a coworker to help me and he was able to set up my watch; and if it didnt function again he referred me to service center. Very friendly employees. Sorry I didnt get names..
