I’m not one to leave reviews on anything. But this is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a hat from here early June for my father’s birthday and it stated the order would take up to 6 weeks because it had to be ordered from Stetson. Now that’s fine I understand but late July got here and I still hadn’t received anything. So I called and was told that they would call Stetson and give me a call back, which they never did. August got here, still no hat. So I called last week and was told again they would call back. No call. I called the next day; AGAIN they told me they’d call me back. Nothing. I called again today and complained about calling various times and being told they’d call me back and never hearing from them again. The man (that I’ve spoken to every time) was quick to say that it’s not their fault and the order would take another 4 weeks (supposedly cause I don’t believe him anymore) well it is his fault that he had 0 communication when he’d say he’d call me back and never did. I’m tired of this poor managed company and I demanded a refund which I read another review saying it took forever for them to receive a refund. I will be updating this post to see how long it takes me to receive my refund.

Where you can find a competent western outfit

Wonderful service! I came in with a need for a very specific boot-look on 4th of July that I had to have by the next day. I’d been to Boot Barn and called around and no one seemed to have what I was looking for. The staff here was amazing and helped me find a work boot that fit and even offered to paint it the colour I needed and replace the laces since it wasn’t manufactured in black. Thank you!!

I want my money back.I ordered on the 13th December 2019.I paid over $90USD for international shipping 3-5 days.Today is the 28th December and I still do not have my order.They did not treat my order as express international. It took a week for them to have it in the hands of shipping.I don’t have my order still.Slow to respond to any of my requests to please contact USPS on my behalf.Not happy

If you order online do not expect to get it on time. I ordered my hat and paid for 3 day shipping so I would have it in time for an event. They waited a few days until I called and they hadn’t shipped it yet. They shipped it the following day and I will be getting the hat 2 weeks after I ordered it. I will never purchase from them again and will advise all my friends not to as well!

Good old school with bad electrical electronic for foot sizes .Not accurate at all. Be sure and try shoes for fit before buying.

I ordered some boots and returned them in October. I haven’t received my refund since then. I kept on calling and I had the same response every time. “We will refund you on the same card you used..” it’s been 8 months!

The store is perfect a lot of everything necessary in wester clothes, only the professionalis, or the manager left a lot to say, my movia was a few months ago and I went to fix some boots no. back in the box and we went to buy something for her to manage it made several changes to see another woman who attended us as a manager also to bijilara believing that we would put something in the box of the boots despite that action so rude to manage Something fell silent because our jobs allow us to cover those expenses or tastes, but we just dont go back to that store
