I member when this place was fast super welcoming with 2 beautiful eye color ladies but now is like i don’t care about your order, nor how big the line nor greeting not even a “i’ll be right w/u “ no laughter all serious with zero customer service

Donut store thats open 24 hours deserves five stars. I gave them four stars because they lack in originality. they carry all the basic flavors of donuts and because u can get them at any time, Im grateful!

A Breakfast Chorizo are good here and you can add a frap too. Yacaeline and Jazmin gave good customer service .

The donuts are good. I had a sausage & eggs bowl. I thought that they where going to cook the food on a stove. However they cook the eggs, sausage in the microwave. I believe they use carton eggs. Instead of real eggs. The day I went they give me our coffee, in coffee that were no good. All of our coffee spilled, we got burned with the hot coffee.

I wanted a cup of coffee and it seemed as though I was being ignored. Maybe because my skin isnt the right tone. All other customers got service except me so I left and went to 7-11.

Customer service was okay I just wish he was a little bit more quicker you know its 2:13 in the morning and hes pretty slow . But overall it does have handicap spot its on the first floor that its not inside of business you can see it right out its on the corner they offer a lot more than just coffee chocolate and donuts food breakfast give it a shot if youre leaving to work as early as I am have a great day.

This is a 24 hrs dounts and coffee and some sandwiches its good service and fast but there is no restrooms its close the freeway.

The doughnuts are pretty good, but kinda taxed if you ask me. Not to mention, all the employees have horrible customer service...

Maple is my fav but they only had the soft donut..boo~~~~!!!. Also they didnt come to counter until i jingled my keys.

They always have fresh coffee even at 3am. Customer service always above and beyond. It is my go to place for lunch.

Very bland experience from the young girl working in the front even, went in there with my son got him a strawberry shake and a dozen donuts supposedly get two extra for $12.99 she overcharged me and saying she quoted me correct price The kid picked a couple different donuts that was charged much extra on top 😂😂

It was bad...there was a homeless person sleeping by the door. The customers were sketchy.The donuts were not all that. I only liked a muffin that was cream filled.

I love coming to this place but for some reason today I came at 11:30pm and was patiently waiting to be attended I had to wait almost 20 mins because the cashier Hortencia A. was too busy flirting with her boyfriend and friends that came to visit so unprofessional and after that she decided to be rude to me like seriously...(CHECK YOUR CASHIERS)hopefully no one else experience this like i did.

The wife and I were traveling and we made a pit stop here, being from AZ it was our first time being there, we enjoyed the food and pastries also the lovely friendly staff at this locationthank you guys!

These ladies are fabulous. Always have smile even when its jammed and in ask for 3 dozen donuts. On a donut scale I rate YumYum a 3.5 of 5 because I love frosting and too often Ive been short-changed on my desired chocolate coating. But, do love their plain glazed!

This place is great! Rarely do I go and they are out of the kind of donuts I want, and they are almost always fresh. The employees there are great too! My only suggestion would be, bring a sweater or jacket, because it can sometimes be cold on the customer side of the counter. It is probably the opposite on the other side of the counter with all the ovens going, so I understand. Anything to keep the yummi donuts coming!

I love Yum Yum Donuts. I worked behind the bar years ago, and I think its so neat that the owners are so hands on. The food is always prepared to my liking, the ambience is pleasant, and everything is all very authentic.

This location is in a rougher part of town, thus the security guard outside. Nonetheless, this is the place to go if youre looking for a great selection of donuts, croissants, and bagels. Fresh juices are available as well as coffee and some basic tea options.I recently had a toasted croissant with nutella spread in the middle, yum yum!Many great options for bagel sandwiches! Most wouldnt think a donut place would have things like avocado and red onion for toppings but this place does!

For my first time being at this place, it wasnt too bad. Great customer service! The lady took her time to explain to me what the quesadilla bread was and what the cream filled muffing consisted off. I ended up getting the cheese muffing and I was disappointed. I expected to at least get a piece of cheese in it but there was none. It was a regular vanilla muffin, spongy, filling, but not the best. The regular coffee, not so great! I Had to add creamer for it to taste good. In my opinion, first impressions matter and, to me, the first bite into something Im craving determined whether or not Ill be returning to a place. For now, It looks like I will not be coming back anytime soon. Thumbs up for customer service though.

Great location, excellent service and fantastic prices! Would definitely recommend those with a sweet tooth to go. I frankly enjoy every visit and appreciate the workers diligence. Ninette, Lory, Joanna, Maria, Selena, Sonia, Pablo, Juan, etc... are extremely helpful and patient. I love the fact I can call and pre-order if necessary. Truly love this place!

This donut spot is great. Donuts are always fresh and delicious and the staff is pretty cool also. But the best thing about this spot is that theyre open 24 hrs which is awesome for a late night lurker like myself!

Great place, a great variety of choices besides the usual donuts,the hot bagel choices are excellent!, fresh made natural juice(orange and green veggies)delicious jalapeno ham and cheese croissants.tasty coffee,cappuccinos and other hoy or cold drinks, there is many choices for everyone, if youre very hungry or want a small crave yum yum donuts on 17 street in Santa Ana is you place to go! Great place for on the go breakfast.However before I ordered the young man was blowing his nose and didnt wash his hands or put on gloves!!!I know this happens often but Ive never seen it myslef

I have been going here since 1998 and it has been a great donut and coffe stop i recommend.

Went to get a box of coffee before a job and was greeted with good service and helpful suggestions for my next visit. Good customer service was exhibited by all staff members.

I usually go there on weekend nights and its pretty full, but the service is still pretty fast, the places is pretty clean but the prices are a bit up there only slightly

Good donuts and the place is open all hours of the night so really good if you cant sleep and need something to do to get some air.

If I could I would give a halfstar. Reason being I went to this location twice and they didnt have. Essential things that any typical business would have. Such as large cup sizes flavorings to make the drinks. The lady said they had they ran out of the ingredients to make the drink. Im taking my business somewhere else where. They know how to keep a business well stock with key essential items.

Its a nice place . However Alot of homeless around outside and inside. And tonight they let some random person with a Dog in . Clearly it was not a service animal because it was barking and not well behaved.

I love this place, very fast amd friedly​ service. The only thing I dont like is that there is almost never a place to sit. Im guessing a large number of friends come and hang out because the last few times Ive been here everyone sitting is having a big conversation amongst them.

Pretty quick service even though the place gets quite busy. Parking lot can get hairy due to cars and pickup trucks going in and out. People seem to really like the place because every time Ive gone there, the place is always busy. Empanadas, muffins, breakfast sandwiches Ive ordered have always met my expectations. Yum yum yummilicious food here.

I can never complain El Yun Yun as my family members would call it. We lived probably like 50 feet from this place. As a child I would get free Wi-Fi from their building because the store was so close to our house. They have your average selection of donuts. Staff is always friendly. When lived in that area it was daily ritual of a donut and coffee.
