We went to CVS, across from your store to get vaccinated because we had no appointment for covid vaccine. But unluckily they did not. So we went to your store to try asking. We are very glad you took walk-in covid vaccine shots. The staffs are so nice to me and my daughter. For those who do not want to wait, come there, RITE AID.

OMG. An thats Owe My Gosh because God had nothing to do with it.However I believe employees (Erik a cashier), trainer and/or supervisor (because I will not publicly disrespect someones mother) have fallen short upon there companys policy in discrimination against customers and refusing to allow them to use the public restroom after they purchased items from your store. Let me go into detail and put down dates and names because if this ever happens again to any other fellow Americans I will be forced to seek out legal action against your company and employees who use your company (Rite Aid) and facilities to demonstrate racism and/or prejudice behavior.I am dating this March 13, 2019 at approximately 1:00 pm I made a purchase at Rite Aid and waited for my friend to finish up her shopping list. While doing so I witnessed another customer who was given the bathroom key without making any purchase an exited the restroom without ever making a purchase. I then finish my water and was drinking another beverage that I had purchased early in the day as it started warming up. Unfortunately my friend is a loyal shopper for your store so I was forced to use your companys public restroom an didnt believe there would be an issue since I myself was a paying customer. The only reason I have posted and am complaining is because your manager Laura or a name similar to that and she was in fact the manager was almost arguing with the Erik to give me the key to the restroom. An before that I had to wait for him to call the manager to the front of the store using the loud speaker was so disgusting because I knew he was hoping I was going to leave. But an employee who will lie about something as small and meaningless I cant begin to imagine what he would lie for if he needed money or did something else more horrific. Thats someone I would not want to have to trust working my cash register or locking up my stores doors. Not even having to turn my back because you never know how desperate they may get one day. But for the Manager who was working that day thank you for not abusing your employers trust and doing your job accordingly.I have to say I am appalled at your employees actions as well as deceitful and manipulative behavior, words can only begin to describe as a paying and long time customer I have Never asked to use their restroom and was unaware they had one, until I had heard another customer who spoke in Spanish to use the restroom and heard the employee state that he didnt like to let people use the bathroom but for him it was fine. Like it was a joke. I dont know if he thought I didnt understand Spanish or figured it wouldnt matter cause I was the only one to hear it.Its crazy but its almost like stepping in the past only the white skinned colored eye American is playing the part of the African American role of not being allowed to use the public restroom and the Mexican speaking Mexicans are playing the role of the white racist Americans who think they own everything in the country and something as simple as a toilet.That Ladys and Gentleman is what is truly revolting to me. Such as this young mans demeanor towards a Cash paying customer for Rite Aid (me) for absolutely no reason what so ever. I have never been a nusens or problem for this store nor have I ever stolen or solicited so for this Employee Erik should be educated on how a business stays open in California because we do not tolerate racism and it closes doors for companys specially Mexican Americans who dont even speak the proper dialect of the own native language. But thats just a reflection of ignorant hate because hate only possesses ignorance.With that said I am providing a copy of my receipt for the day in questioning and of your employees pore decision making. It will have the time and date. I hope Rite Aid will make the appropriate actions when in handling this matter.
The one star is purely in regards to the location. There are constantly drug users in the drive through connecting to the parking lot, loitering and unsafe driving through that area. There is a security guard, however they only monitor the inside of the store-which is not helpful when approaching the business. I would not recommend for safety reasons.
I give them a 1 due to the fact that the pharmacy is asking to giving them self a 5 starts by sayiing give me a 5 star rating and they they give them selfs a 5 start rating talk to ur associates and see if that ok
After two weeks of stress attempting to fill a prescription and getting nowhere fast with any pharmacy I called, these guys saved the day. Theyre so unbelievably kind and caring. So grateful to have found this pharmacy!
The reason I gave them a 1 star rating is because at the end of the day its all about customer service which they lack and its sad that the main person to instill this should be the managers or leads, and in my case it was actually the manager or lead she was rude and did not even care to help me. If you get mad because a customer ask you a question then perhaps you are in the wrong business, for that reason I went across the street to Cvs and made my purchase there this time and in the future.
This RA does it right. Up-to-date decor, a reliable bike rack (albeit off to the side and not visible looking straight out the door), and decently fast service for Thrifty ice cream or the pharmacy.

Im from Out of town and was visiting Santa Ana, dropped into this rite aid and was so disappointed on how I was treated. Starting from Management to a cashier, All very rude. I will definitely not be returning.
They like to intentionally make people wait. When my boyfriend dropped off my prescription they told him he had to leave my medical card. When I returned they had misplaced it, and I had to go back for it days later.On another occasion they had me wait 30 minutes just to tell me they didnt have my prescription ready and that I would have to go back once they had the delivery.
I beat my meat to gorilla cheeks all the time and your bathrooms is the best place to do it!

Just walked in to get a routine perscription filled (always use rite aid but first time at this one). Pharmacist comes and tells me theyre running low and dont want to fill it. I asked when the soonest theyd have it read if they do, pharmacist rolls eyes and says idk maybe a week? Try CVS. And walks off. Then, the pharm-tech mocks me by laughing and telling her coworkers haha we dont have it try CVS hahah. Rude, arrogant, nasty bunch of Latino females working behind that pharmacy counter. Corporate SERIOUSLY needs to look having every one of them removed from what should be a professional job position.My recommendation: stay FAR AWAY from this Rite Aid pharmacy. Will NEVER return.
The manager was very rude when his associate asked him a simple question about money orders... The manager told her right in front of me loud and Clear that next time dont be afraid to tell customers its 10 minutes till closing..... Like Really how rude could you be, 1st off you werent closed yet and 2nd off couldnt you have waited till I had walked away at LEAST. Whoever gave that Manager this position should be Embarrassed for that Rite Aid store. He is supposed to be the Example and leader in customers service. This happened today 5-1-16 @9:50pm. So DISAPPOINTING!!!!
You go in, get what you need and get out. Terrible customer service, but theyre open until 12 am, sometimes I get out of work late and this place is still open

Its absurd, I come in here with a digital copy of my drug test form, and they tell me I cant have it printed on site. Whats so wrong about that? Are you guys counting each sheet of papers you print? Jeez, I needed a print out. Like honestly, whos going to know the difference.
