Had great help from Luis and his crew at the Boost Mobile Store in the car wash

My fave corner store for every random necessity from gas to cigarettes to coffee to hot dogs (yes me and several friends all profess our loyalty to the superiority of Santiago Marts hot dogs!) and...well, whatever else they actually carry here...Its true. Selection is highly limited to your basic gas station products such as phone chargers, beanies, beer, ice, etc. But check it: this lil joint made the effort (for which I am forever indebted) to include a nice cozy coffee bar with packaged sweets, plus they grill hot dogs (did I mention the BOMB dogs?!) and you can fill up your big gulp at the fountain. Or get a slushee. Or iced coffee.One caveat, however, should be noted: Yea though the hot dogs delight, beware the buns. Be warned. Bring Your Own Bun.Oh, yeah, and I should also mention that the employees working this joint are the shizz-nit! All the guys and gals are stellar, not to mention just downright chill peeps. Dont forget to drop a few bucks into the bucket on the counter if theyve got one out.

There is no convenience shopping equal to what this establishment offers they have friendly staff everything you could possibly imagine in addition to gasoline for example check cashing DMV services food beer wine and some hot food at most times of the day. This is a 24-hour day store however after 11:00 at night you have to use the night window for any needs you might have in addition to gasoline.

Best car wash in Santa Ana. I got my car detail, the price was affordable and the service was done like a pro. I also got my Boost Mobile phone at their store. Great place I would highly recommend it.

Im a regular at Santiago. Car wash staff all have great attitudes but can work on their service skills a bit. Car sometimes comes out looking brand new and other times it has been left with water spots and the inside looks like they just dragged a towel through the car briefly. Ive seen owner he comes and goes. Never seen him teaching the workers anything new. I wish the owner offered more waxing packages and maybe some patio tables and chairs to eat while we wait. Just my suggestions.

Theyre staff is great at the car wash. 2 stars because the Food at the Food Mart is gross. It sits there all day and they still sell it to you until you realize how gross it is once you open it.

Im so done with this place the credit card system at the pumbs NEVER WORKS its so hard when it doesnt and u need to get all ur kids out . i went today like 5 min ago and i asked the rude ass male cashier why is not working pumb number 7 he said no is not in use i was gonna said well outside said not working he said no i have nothing with a rude aggressive tone i said why would i lie he said well i have nothing on my screen. I ended up walk out and going to chevron.

First time I came here to wash my car my new Dodgers decal that was to be put on after the wash ended up missing. I though oh well Ill just make sure I remove valuables next time. Car was was OK. Came back a second time to wash my car because its close to where I live and I asked for an exterior and interior in which they charged me. I came back one hour later and my car was parked and done. I gave them more than enough time. Turns out they didnt touch the inside. Third and final time I ever come here again. I bought my new 2012 Kia Optima Hybrid on 4-23-13 and took it to wash on 4-27-13 Only 4 days I have owned this car and they scratched my car completely around the entire car. Some deep some light. At first I only noticed one square foot of scratches. I brought to their attention and they said if it was from them they would be all over the car. So I started looking and noticed the entire car had been damaged. The manager came and Im meeting the owner tomorrow, Monday 4-29-13. I will update the outcome.Update: They said they didnt do it and will not help me.

This is by far the worst service I have ever received at a cell phone store. I paid for a phone 4 weeks ago Luis said he did not have the sim card for my phone that it would be there in the next few days (he did not give me an exact date) I returned a week later only to get really bad attitude from a worker named Ana they said Luis just left the store to get the sim card and he would return in 30 minutes, luckily I live down the street so I went home and called them within 35 min Ana answered and said it was going to be another full hour so I waited and called back within the 2nd time frame they gave me Ana answered again she told me that they wont have my sim card for another week so I started to explain how unprofessional they are giving me this he said she said story I was very angry and just trying to let her know how urgent it is that I get this sim card asap she hung up on me mid sentence. I went to the store in person a few days later I saw Luis and by the look on his face I already knew that I have been on them so I walked in and he right away explained to me it would take a week they just placed the order (even though ana said they placed the order a few days ago SHE LIED) he had placed it the moment I walked out because I know they forgot and were covering for each other. So I called back today to speak to someone and Luis said that they cant get my sim card they found out friday that they ran out and he will refund me my money, I said you should have called me friday you had my number instead Ive been waiting so long just to hear bad news and to hear you have basically been doing nothing and wasted a whole month now. Point is I was in tears I have wasted so much time with them and their associates who have a bad attitudes? Im sorry but this is not fair to me not only that but everything was so unprofessional no one called me once with an update not even gave me exact dates or times just gave me BS stories when I would call or go to the store. I am sending this letter to corporate just want to let everyone know DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SANTIAGO WIRELESS they are not trained correctly and are unprofessional and Rude!

Came to this carwash several times and every time ive notices scratches at first i thought no it wasnt from that but after observing my car has several marks and they choose to ignore it!

Prices sky rocketed! 🚀 Service is still the same but the prices went up. Sorry to say i will no longer be coming here. I’m taking all my friends and family to a new place.
