The service I received from Copy Center was the best ever! They completed my large task sooner than expected and I received my originals back in the exact way they were provided to them. The took the time to understand exactly what I needed and exceeded my expectations. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BY GOING TO THIS PLACE.I went there two times and each time they found a reason to deny my prints. The first time, they said that they cannot have a color copy of my documents. But I think the young guy was lazy to scan and print a few pages. He said that it is difficult to do it! It seems one or two dollars dont worth to move the guy from his chair.The second time, I had an image of my documents and wanted to print. The guy said that they cannot have color-print of a Passport because it is a government ID. I have never heard about this rule. I wasted my time by going to this place. If there is such a rule, they should say it on their website.

Always make copies here. Ive been coming here for more than 4 years and the people are always helpful.

I was referred to this place by a professor of mine. The first time that I came here to print out all of notes for my classes the boy working there was extremely nice and helpful. He told me that if we recommended family,friends, or other students to visit them for any printing services that he would charge us a lower price for each copy that I made. I shared this place with a friend of mine who also needed to print out some notes for her class because the boy working there had great customer service. The second time that I went with my friend, there was a lady working who was extremely rude. When we got there we handed the lady our flash drive for her to insert and than she walked away. We started printing out our notes but wIth online learning we had so many notes and scholarly articles to print. The printing job turned out to be a large quantity, than the lady approached us and pretty much yelled at us because we had printed so much from a printer that was not meant to print so many copies. We did not know this until after she scolded at us. She seemed very annoyed with us but I didnt understand why if this place is a print center. Today I went again to print out just 7 pages, and I gave her my flash drive to insert. I printed out the copies that I needed and she told me that my total was $1.10. I gave her the exact change, and than she told me that it was actually $1.20. I dont know if she tried ripping me of 10 cents but it was unprofessional of her to charge extra after she had given me a total and me paying her. I didnt want to deal with her anymore so I gave her the 10 cents. When I was done paying her, I asked her for my flash drive and she just threw it on the counter and walked away. I am never coming back here, and I will share this with my classmates and professor so he doesnt recommend this place to any students of his so they do not have to deal with this lady and her bad customer service. The boy working there the first time was the reason that I went back but I do not think that I will be returning.
