Ive sat here and called the store 16 times and it rings once or twice and disconnects. One time music played with no identification, but disconnected.I called the Corporate office and told them, but they didnt seem too concerned. Ive never shopped there and wanted to start bc their website says masks must be worn, unlike the 99¢ Stores or Dollar Tree, which are now Covid/Delta infection vectors. This is why I wanted to start shopping there, and had some other questions, but alas, they WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. Not a great start for getting customers.

No personal working, only one cashier, there was nobody to ask for help the store was very clean and well stocked, but no customers it was my first time here I stop because it was on my way just for curiosity I thought that the prices were going to be great but not they are kind of high is not even like the food4less but anyways I read in the news that the Dollar General stores will be closing in the future.

7/29/20: So my 4 stars from a year ago still stands! Theyre my neighborhood grocery store; we go there weekly for most of our staple items. They may not have a huge selection but they carry most of what we need in a pinch, at much better prices than the other local grocery stores. They have a $5 off coupon, only good for that upcoming Saturday, either on your receipt or in their app. I use their coupons all the time in their app, so you cant go wrong! 💰Their staff are always so friendly, even during these past few months during Covid. In fact, when no one had toilet paper in stock, they still had paper products and continued to stay stocked up. Although it hasnt been restocked to the gills, theyve been consistently stocked, unlike Target, for example.For those afraid of our hood, come during the day for Petes sake. Its perfectly fine. Hey, I was born & raised in LA and have lived walking distance from their store for 21 years, so its not that bad. 👍🏽

My first time in a Dollar General that offered fresh food and a larger selection of groceries. Good prices on many pre-made fresh items such as salads and more. This location also offers dairy, meats and even wine and beer. Very convenient.

This was my first time there. I really liked this store because it has everything. Food and household items. They also have sweets on sale .

I love the spot they have all kinds of cute stuff even though it says $1 somehow at the end it seems to be twice as much but still the cool spot not as much people so I wont be so packed

It was a nice store, it has everything you can ask for just about. I assumed it would follow the lines of a Dollar General where everything is $1.00. It was if everything was priced similar to Family Dollar, which definitely is nowhere near the whole store being a buck.The extent of their Farmstand looked pretty good. However I just ran into some sandwich fixings, a couple of household items and that was it.I do have to say there are a lot of items on their shelves that I have found for a $1 dollar only at other stores like 99c, Dollar Tree & Dollar General.Employees were very nice and overall it was a good shopping experience since I got out of there its about $10 worth of stuff instead of a hundred...

This place is located in a somewhat shady area especially if youre going at night. The items sold are definitely not all $1 but they do have pretty darn good specials and sales. At the beginning of December, they pretty much had every Christmas item for 50% off. Definitely worth checking out. They have better quality items and a bigger selection than Dollar Tree & the 99 Cent Store.

I got yelled at for not having a mask when I did..and the one yelling at me (the cashier) was wearing hers wrong her nose was exposed. and when she was ringing me up she was having a personal conversation... didnt even say hi to me..just continued her personal conversation as she rung me up. Ive work in customer service for many years, and this was plain rude.

The store is clean and well organized, but we did have to wait for a shopping cart to be unlocked before we could go in to shop.

I always enjoy shopping here because i feel welcomed, Danny always working hard with a smile setting up the produce, lil teresa always making sure if my shopping experience was well, great staff, two thumbs up 👍👍

The old lady with glasses, kinda reddish hair is rude to customers. I kindly ask her to see if they eye drops of the brand I used and she quickly replied with attitude. I guess her phone is more important than a customers questions.

This place had little in stock and the place was mostly very empty. I think people in this area should stick to the Dollar tree or the 99 cent store if youre looking to equivalence and cost with better quality or more options.

I live around the corner from the one on main n edinger.. Everyone is always frendly so to show my appreciation i on a daily go and collect there baskets for them.. They always treat there clients with respect even the new workers..

We really like this store, especially the manager, leeann. She always has a smile on her face. Has a great attitude and goes out of her way to provide great customer service. Shes a keeper!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ask the cashier a question and she rolls her eyes. Never coming back again.

Omg! Bomb, definitely not a major store. I must say they have the best prices Ive come across. From frozen food, make up, clothes, feminine hygiene, razors, shower gel, baby socks,mens shoes womens shoes, accessories, ext......Ive purchased several pieces of clothing from them. Normally its purchase one get one free or get 50% off buy one bet one.Its in a santa ana not the best hood. Id say it never hurts l@@k. Did i mention auto supplies baby items, house hold items (black out curtains, organizers!!So do so much more. One of my friends turned me on to it. This store is a hidden Gem! I saved over 42% on my last purchase. There is digital coupons you can use which bring down your total a lot. All you gotta do is download the dollar general app. The good thing about this store is that its also like a market so theyve got produce and dairy items as well.

Dollar general is a great place to get all you need for your home and family. Also the program they have of digital coupons. It helps a lot.

Theres so much more here then just it being a market. Theres kites here and all kinds of various items from shaver to socks and underwear. You can get your every day items as well as your shoes. They have shoes for under 5$ but your going to want to get the digital coupons for there store otherwise you wont save nearly as much. Trust me download there app. for the savings.

This is bi far the worst store to go shopping in. Employees are very rude and get bothered if a customer asks for assistance. They seem very unhappy to be there. I have the same experience everytime I go shopping at that location. Worst Csutomer Service EVER!!!

After hearing so many good recommendations. I decided to come here to see for myself if the Dollar General was worth it. I was quickly disappointed, as soon as I walked in I saw a line of people formed from the cashier all the way to the isles. There was one cashier working and 6 registers. The place seemed ill staff and the staff themselves seemed very disappointed. I dont think Ill return here. The prices were mediocre-- comparable to that of Walmart. I wasnt impressed.

Went here with one of my BFFs. He got some random sacks of snacks that I would not have ever bought on my own. I tried them out of curiosity and daaaaamn son! Theyre freagin delicious! I cant wait to go back for more and im hoping they have them in stock! 😁

Looked clean, not alot of options,most clothing and toys are not as full as other stores. Also not the best neighborhood, lady and a guy drinking in yelling in the parking lot.

Its really good has alot of things we need and its clean especially for its size . Most are messy not this one. It does smell like trash as soon as you get there because the trash out side is over flowing and on the floor. There was not enough shopping carts for the size of the store maybe 10 shopping carts I saw .
