I’m very happy with my recent stair master and water rower purchase. We got a good price on the bundle.I went there without an appointment and I was able to get into as walk in. But I recommend making and appointment to avoid the wait.Mr. Dimitri helped and my family, he was patient and answered all of our questions.He was even very helpful with all the delivery issues due to size of my stair master.I highly recommend this place.I have tried both machines at home for few days now and I love them.

I purchased an as is LeMond cycle bike rode it twice adjusted the handlebars which came out and attempted to put them back on the bike and they would not go back in the lock lever is loose and fell apart. I have only owned this bike for less than a week and it isnt functioning the way it should. Also, the seat creeps down as you ride and has to be adjusted mid ride. In addition, at a high tension the bike makes a clicking noise you can feel in the pedals. I was willing to deal with the seat and the clicking noise, however the handlebars pretty much falling apart not okay. I am disappointed in the purchase I understand it was as is, however as is I expected it to work especially after two rides.

I did a lot of reading about spin bikes before deciding on buying a demo from Primo Fitness. Dimitri answered my questions both by phone and by email, and I decided upon a Keiser bike, sight unseen, to be shipped to my home in Northern California. The process could not have been easier and the bike arrived in perfect condition. As Dimitri promised, all we had to do was to unscrew the bike from the pallet, jump on and go! Im using the Peleton app and could not be happier with my purchase!

This place is awesome. I had been looking for a spin bike for my home gym and thought I was going to have to purchase one online sight unseen or tried when I found the Primo Fitness website. I quickly found some spin bikes of interest that I wanted to see on the website at prices I could afford. I had planned on buying a new spin bike but when I saw that I could buy a used commercial gym quality spin bike from Primo for the same price I had to check it out and was very happy that I did. I visited the warehouse during a lunch break and Dimitri showed me the spin bike I was interested in. He was very helpful and I was able to see the quality of the bike and test it out. He explained how the mechanics thoroughly go over all the equipment verifying that all electronics work and replacing anything that doesnt. Dimitri assured me that if I found anything not working when I got it home, he would have it fixed or trade for another bike. I picked up the bike last week and it looked great. They even did a new powder coat on the body. Everything works perfectly on the bike. If you are looking for exercise equipment, I highly recommend this place and Dimitri. The warehouse is huge and the selection is great.

This is a huge warehouse with used professional gym exercise equipment for sale. Some items are like new, others, not so much. I bought two gym quality items here for very reasonable prices. The staff is helpful as well.

Love this place! Amazing selection of many different machines I see at the gym but, I came in looking for a treadmill. Dimitri was so helpful; He went through all the options and prices..(he was not a slimy sales man) I chose a used model (at a fabulous price)and Dimitri even replaced some paneling on the side that I didnt like. I had my 3 boys with me and I loved that they let them be boys!! I will definitely be back!!

My husband, 2 toddler children and I arrived on Friday afternoon at 3 and were back on the road with our purchase at 4. Dimitri Sonck and his staff were professional, friendly and efficient. We bought a recumbent bike for an affordable price and now I can exercise whenever I want in my home and lose my pregnancy weight.

I purchased a very nice Precor treadmill. The price was awesome compared to retail and the service was top notch. Dimitri went through all my options and showed me many different treadmills in their massive warehouse. If they dont have it, you dont need it. I would definitely buy from them again.

Dimitri was so helpful and knowledgeable! I was looking for an elliptical for home workouts and he gave me an overview of the machines at each price point. Once I selected a machine (Precor AMT), he made sure that a few worn parts were replaced and it was repaired to my liking over the following week or two. I am so happy with my machine and experience, and was able to stay within my budget.

Price hike during covid? Not sure. Prices are well not too high but not low. Havent seen the showroom so cant comment on that.

Came here due to outstanding yelp reviews. Been doing my research for a spin bike. I was debating between getting something new online such as amazon but after my consultation with Dimitri, he got me convinced that it’s by far a better investment to get a higher quality fitness equipment that are made to last. They have a good variety of stuff in the warehouse. It’s nice coz u can get a feel of each bike versus getting it online. Also a plus that it’s already assembled and ready for pick up. Was such an easy and smooth process. Id recommend coming here for ur home equipment!

Walked into this place Friday afternoon 1/18. Signed in at the reception desk and the receptionist directed me to the public showroom. Very limited number of treadmills in their showroom. Wanted to see a Woodway treadmill. No one was there or nearby to help. A reviewer said he was greeted by the owners. No such experience here. No greetings or any salespersons around. A lot of machines in their warehouse, but I couldnt go in there. Make an appointment if youre going there. Dont walk in. A waste of time.

I had been contemplating the purchase of a new commercial grade recumbent exersize bike. Originally, I found Primo on Craigslist and then checked out their previous reviews on Yelp. All the reviews are, in their majority, right on!I walked in on a Friday afternoon about 10 minutes before they closed. I was cordially greeted by the owners and instead of asking me to come back on their next business day they actually took the time to assist me in trying several of their models. I ended up selecting a LifeFitness Integrity recumbent bike that they had listed at a fraction of what a new one would cost. The specific one that I selected was completely gone through and it came with a 6 month warranty. I especially appreciated their willingness to stay after hours to cater to my shopping needs and helping me select the best option for my specific needs. I walked out with a fantastic pre-owned bike that I now enjoy on a daily basis which is helping me reach my fitness goals.In essence, I highly recommend this venue for pre-owned gym equipment which will cost a fraction of what the equipment would cost brand new. They have incredible selections and high quality equipment. I will definitely come back for additional equipment that I will be needing in the near future!
