They fixed my modded Xbox classic with great care and respect. It was a very complicated job. They had to switch a modded laser while bypassing a trey that closes and shuts on its own do to it being modded. They fixed the laser and my thousands of games remained unharmed. God bless these guys. the price was great, I wouldve happily payed double but Im very happy I didnt have to. All around a great place for retro gamers. Highly recommended. Thanks again gamegeeks.

I came into the store sold some games for 10 dollars credit I asked if he had a switch charger for sale the older gentleman said he didn’t know and then he looked and found one, I asked how much, he made a phone call then he tells me it’s 16 dollars for the used charger plus 1 dollar so 17 dollars so your telling me even with my store credit it still came out to be 17 so it cost 27 dollars for a used charger and the charger wasn’t even in good shape this guy is a total ripoff

My ps4 disc drive had broken and i needed somewhere to get it fixed. so i stumbled upon GameGeeks. honestly was pretty nervous since it would be the first time leaving my console somewhere where i’m not familiar with but the guy seemed like he knew what he was doing. I dropped it off and then later on in the day i called the location to see what was the problem and how much it would be. the prices were fair. better than any other location in my opinion and they managed to fix it in a day.Thanks GameGeeks

Awful service. Dropped off a ps4 to get repaired and they said they would call me back in 1-2 days. They never called me so I called them. I was told to show up at 2:00, so I did and they had a sign on the door that said: “be back in 1 hour.” This is right next to the sign that says: “open.” I waited more than an hour before leaving. I still don’t have my ps4

Took my Scuff impact in for R2 button fix, buttons are digital touch so I was kinda iffy about the fix, they managed to fix it in 2 weeks, They Actually fix Scuff controllers!

Great service and good prices. A good place to find rare games and accessories. Repairs of all types from counsels to phones. Only hard to communicate with them sometimes.

The only positive is that we have a working game console back.Customer service and communication were non existent.I still do not know what was broken or what was fixed as I was told 2 different things by the same person.Simple communication with the customer to inform them of the problem and a fair time line of what to expect would go a long way. Unfortunately without that, I would never go back and do not trust their competence.

I dropped off my laptop and they didnt even give me a receipt they gave me their business card with take on it and I had to write my name on it which was kind of sketchy then they told me to call the next day so I did and they said that they were still working on it and I believed that I ended u waiting 3 weeks they never told me the price or if they found out how to fix it so I went to pick it up and then that had me waiting for like 15 minutes just so they can then tell me the price of ur also giving me a discount which didnt help at all so I suggest you find a different store to repair your items but I think its fine to just buy games there but thats my opinion and that is what happened to me.

This place is such an awesome throwback to my childhood. We spent over an hour getting helped by the associates and we never felt rushed, super friendly staff and amazing selection all around. Highly recommended. Rare games too!

I came here to get my iPhone 5 unlocked to t-mobile and they told me the longest it would take was 3 weeks...at first I was really disappointed but they called me and managed to get it done for me in 3 days. They were really friendly and they have a large selection of games to choose from. I recommend if you need to get your phone repaired or looking for a game to buy

Whats a life-saver. My PS4 slim was dead power with alot roaches inside the system. OMG, they could fix it and bring it back to life. The repair costs much cheaper than I expected. I think I paid less than a hundred $. I hope you can stay in the business and save more systems...

Called to find if they can replace charging port off my phone, guy said it would cost $50 and NOT to come before 4pm ...so I got there at 4:35 ..and same guy (Asian) behind the counter told me it would cost more $98 dollars ...I asked why if I was told $50 earlier he yelled and acted really rude. Dont go there their customer service sucks!!

Offered them a barely used guitar hero live controller and not scratched game. I got two bucks out of the game and decided to keep the others. Overpriced, dont give them your business. Wait for weekends and go to Swapmeets, you can find way better deals there.

Do not buy used games here. I bought a game here a while ago on a Saturday right before closing time. It came in a plastic rectangular case as normal games do. I drove home and put the game in my system, and it immediately started making a terrible noise. I ejected the disc right away and discovered a huge crease across the disc as if it had been bent. I would have drove right back to return the game but they were closed by then.Since they are closed Sunday as well (not sure how a video game store can stay in business being closed on a Sunday), the next opportunity I had to return the game was Monday after work. After asking if I could get a refund or replacement, they said there was no way they could have sold me a disc in that condition. The owner said they check every disc before they buy it and always ensure the used game is in playable condition before buying it. Well, clearly thats hard to believe since I bought a game from them and in the time it took to walk out of the store, rest the bag with disc in case on my passenger seat, and drive the two miles to my house it miraculously gets bent like a taco. They would not refund my money or offer me a replacement, and accused me of being careless of my games. I even offered to pay the difference of whatever they bought the game for in exchange for a new one and they said no. I am very disappointed since on the receipt it says they have a 15 day or something return policy but clearly they will not honor it. Just make sure to check your used games when you buy from these guys, cause once you leave that door, its yours. No returns accepted

Went in to unlock my phones AT&T carrier. They said they would call me with the asking price but did not call me for 3 days straight until i had to call back!! I asked if they at least unlocked the carrier and they said NO you have to unlock your icloud. I was so upset!HOURS ARE NOT POSTED, NO WAY OF COMMUNICATING WITH THEM!😡 overall Id give them a 3rd of a star simply because they unlocked my phone a week later when they initially said it would take 24 hrs.

They almost buy everything. It is a good place to go sell buy repair look and youll enjoy it. If you are a gamer or not itll bring back memories.

I had to take in my ps3 three times for them to get it fixed, to be honest they really didnt fix much. Beware of the extra items you take to get fixed they have the tendency of forgetting or hiding them. Communication is a big problem.

Pretty good place for repairs and to find retro games and consoles. Theres just one complaint. I got my psvita sent to get repaired there and we called back 2 weeks later and they said still wasnt fixed 4 weeks later they said it wasnt fixed. A month and a week and they said that it wasnt fixed. But but when we got there. It was fixed!. Still im ok with it.

Incompetent workers, I called to ask if they knew how to do something as simple as changing my headphones audio jack *given I bring my own jack and the blueprints of my cable, and they said it would be really hard, and expensive. Ive had this done in less than 5 minutes at a different store for 5 dollars. Maybe they do know how to do it here, but the lack of confidence is scary.

They are so disorganized. Employees dont communicate with each other. Not being discriminative but if you have a business in a prominent Hispanic area, they should have someone speaking Spanish. At least someone who speaks English fluently.

This is definitely a good game store. The customer service here is fine. Genuine people operating the business. part of my feedback would be to advertise more that you guys can do console repairs. People have dreamcast, Wiis, xb360s and ps3s that dont work that are just collecting dust. They arent charging a whole lot but at the same time its not extremely cheap. Its quite fair. Now onto the games. They have their variety. One thing that did turn me off was they have a whole section dedicated to returned old sports games. Any other game shop will tell you thats not good for business. Biggest flaw here is going to be prices for just the games. some are underpriced most are overpriced. Overpriced meaning I was looking at Stuntman for ps2. They wanted 13 bucks for it. I go down the street to Video Game x in Hb to continue my day of video game shopping and they carry the same game for .93 cents. Cover, box, manual. complete game. Im gonna come here again no doubt but just be careful and know your video games. Maybe a game might be a few dollars cheaper somewhere else but i dont mind paying an extra 2. 3 bucks. but not a whole 10 dollar difference. so overall, Good store its just the prices arent all that great. but either way. Support local game stores. go buy an extra controller or memory card. do something! Keep gaming collecting relevant

Walked in and the workers dont communicate to you. Very overpriced. Bought a ps2 game for $2 at another store, they had the exact game here and it wasnt even complete for $10!! Had ps2 demo discs for sale, but they were $7-$10 each! Can find them anywhere else for under $5! Would never go back unless you would like to spend a fortune!!!

Got back from work and I need an AC adapter for my new 3DS. These people think Im stupid. They tried to sell me an aftermarket one for $9.99 and the official for $19.99. So stupid, these guys. Wal-Mart sells these official plugs for $8.99. What a ripoff. As an Asian, it saddens me. Do not come to this store.

Family PS3 wouldnt boot, took it in there, dont remember exactly what they did but it required swapping out a chip and soldering the board, didnt over charge me for the service, guaranteed it for 3 months, and its been almost a year since, kids have been making it run hours on end and the machine is still going strong.

They overcharge to fix phones, they said it would cost 140 to fix my phone screen because they have to put a new touch screen and a glass screen due to people complaining, call another phone repair place and its 65 dollars and they dont need to put un necessary things into my phone, I dont think they know what theyre doing
