Hello, I am a Veteran of the United States Military. I was thankful to help support the young families with in our community. I called Santa Ana Glass in order to repair my glass asap. Ray was amazing with his quick response and met me right away. He was at my house that same evening and on time. He was able to give me a quote that evening and with a reasonable price.It is nice to see this professionalism with in our community. I made an appointment with this guy and he never showed up, and when I called to ask him where he was or if he was coming my call just went to voicemail . When I spoke to him earlier he answered the phone every time. Just a waste of time very unprofessional

Shameful quality of craftsmanship .-Uneven height cut-1/4 out the dimension across 3 pieces-Lazy edge smothering ( Smoothed 2 edges, left out 2)-Didnt even brother cleaning the glasses before handing to the customer.-$85 for all of the above.
