Ive been here about 6 times now, and the employees have always been very helpful. Ive also never had to wait. So far, each time they have had the money Ive come for. Also, twice I have ordered in advance and the money arrived within the time frame. They called me to let me know the money was there. All in all, happy with their rates and will continue to come here. Highly recommend!

This place says they will match any bank rate and will provide the best rate. THEY REJECTED THE WELLS FARGO RATE AFTER MAKING ME COUNT EVERYTBKNG. AND DRIVE THERE. ITS WAS NOT THE LADYS FAULT. IT IS THEIR CORPORATE AND HQ WHO DECIDED NOT TO HONER THE BEST RATE. BEWARE. THEY DO NOT HAVE THE BEST RATE AND FALSE ADVERTISE THEY DO!!! DON’t GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE.

If I could give no stars, I would. Do not go here EVER. Staff is incredibly rude. Went there twice and was disrespected twice. The lady is extremely condescending. I just recently came back from a trip and wanted to exchange pesos. They were recent bills and they were out of “circulation” which makes no sense given they weren’t from the freaking Stone Age. 0/5 stars

This girl with curly hair & bespectacled is just so rude! Every transaction is a business opportunity so treat customers right. And the remarks she passed suits her better!

Ive used this service on three different occasions and so far theres been one rude interaction. Like someone else mentioned, theres a young woman with very curly dark hair who is the definition of rude and unapproachable. When I got to the window to ask for an exchange she made no effort to acknowledge me then gave me the rudest look when I asked for assistance. The only words I ever heard from her were How much are you exchanging? and when she was counting my money. Luckily, that was my third visit so I already knew I could bring back to foreign money to have exchanged back to USD with receipt because she made no attempt to tell me anything. Will not be visiting again

The teller today July 18 2016 expressed the utmost worst depiction of what a decent customer service experience should be. CXI Currency Exchange lost my business due to poor judgment in what great customer service looks like when hiring an employee. CXI Currency Exchange your employees should be helpful rather than giving attitude and driving her customers away by speaking with a disrespectful tone.
