Worst embroidery job I have ever seen. Avoid this place for any custom embroideries. They stitched over the labels as opposed to stitching it underneath the flaps. No common sense whatsoever. The Lids at the Orange outlet does a much better job. He ruined my hat...

My son wanted to get a customized Yankees hat and there were a lot of options to choose from. The prices were very reasonable and he can’t wait to get his next one!

The workers at that place need to be fired! They act like teenage kids making fun of customers and trying to act all cool. Language sounds like they are street hustlers on the corner. Very disrespectful and no work ethics at all.

Extremely rude customer service. I was on the phone calling for about 10 to 20mins and no one ever answered the phone. When the guy answered finally and I just kindly told him that Ive been on the phone trying to call them he then randomly hung up the phone. Im never shopping there. Very disappointed to be working in a retail store and to get treated like that.
