During a call, Linda answered the phone and Marv whom I consider a superb and respected employee for the company is someone I only like to get help from. I request to speak to him and Linda informs me he is not working today. Fine understandable, I decide to ask when he works next so I can schedule a time to make my rounds. A negative tone with some some spice gets thrown my way and I for one do not appreciate that. She continues to mockingly tell me a nice day. I have been told countless times by other stores and never had an issue. Linda may be correct and that is policy but my take from her attitude towards me brings me to feel she was projecting onto me frustration. Please! Have a great day!
