I spoke with Beto. He refused to get his boss or anybody else to talk to me because I did not have a contractors license. I disclosed I was not a contractor only that I was looking for help or at least help to find a place that could sell the parts to fix an home air compressor motor. He refused. Johnston is a big company and it’s shocking that they could allow somebody so unprofessional to represent their business. For what it’s worth, anybody who wants help, go somewhere else. You will be glad you did. Don’t waste your time with these people. You deserve better service. Good luck!

Excellent customer service

Johnstone Santa Ana is great. Customer service is excellent. They are always willing to help and research the parts and equipment I need. Special shout out to Alfred, he is the man when it comes to ordering any parts or equipment. I only go to them when I need those First Company drain pans or air handlers. They are an awesome HVAC supplier!

Great service for the HVAC contractor to get supplies, or home owners to get referrals to contractors. The team inside is super helpful, and knowledgeable about their products.

Dont understand why there are poor reviews - most likely they dont have a contractors license. Missed the WHOLESALE ONLY part on their door?? These guys are always straight with me and decent prices if your LICENSED for C20 - have it or not - they will work with you . Cant complain about that
