I stopped by 420Central tonight after learning the systems were down at From The Earth. Customer experience was seamless, I have no complaints about the location itself. Now the Raw Garden products that I purchased at the guys recommendation is another matter entirely. Im new to vapes, tried a friends, liked it and decided to go buy one. I get home and I cant even get the thing open, spent an hour trying before I asked my roommate. I can accept that maybe it was nails giving me difficulty. But no my roommate had a hard time as well and she didnt understand why this childlock was on it. We eventually got one open but not the other so...... Also the vape pen i bought doesnt work, nor did the charger that came with. My roommate had a charger but the pen doesnt seem to be holding a charge

This place is incredible. I have been to countless dispensaries and this place blows the others out of the water on almost every level. I am a frontline healthcare worker and came in on a day when after another 13 hour shift I found out a family member had passed away. They were nothing but empathetic and treated me with the utmost kindness. My bud tender even went so far as to ask me if I needed a hug.The fact that he was willing to offer this act of humanity to me during a year where not many hugs have been is something I will remember for a long time. For me, 420 Central is the COOLEST dispensary ever! Its clean, neat and well-supplied with a good variety of helpful meds. I am a CBD customer and I buy mainly for depression, anxiety and sleep, but also for general health and well-being. The staff is amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. They genuinely care about helping me get what I need. The wait to get in is usually short and time spent is minimal. You should definitely check this place out!

Some of the sales people are knowledgeable, some arent. Very nice place, interesting setup with THC in back and other stuff up front. They do it so you wont pay tax on non taxable stuff but still annoying to have 2 receipts. The places in LA county are better IMHO. Not really their fault I guess.

I love 420 central. I drive past at least 4 other dispensaries multiple times a week to visit 420 central. They have a fantastic pricing structure and kind staff. Theyre very friendly folks who dont try to upsell and do their best to keep the customer informed on how, what to buy and why. In the last year Ive spent thousands here and keep coming back for more. I cant recommend it enough.

My roommate has cancer & theyve been very helpful & informative to her & her needs. Shes also older & was concerned/scared of going alone her first time, so I went with her. But she was very pleasantly surprised by her experience & now goes alone regularly.

Super easy parking, in a calm industrial area thats away from any type of riff-raff, and right off the 55 freeway makes this is an enjoyable experience every time. Once inside youll see some of the best examples of properly grown flowers available in Orange County and employees that are well educated in their products (something that other dispensaries overlook in favor of young, attractive females). Definitely give this place a visit.

I have been here before and I never had a problem, but today I went in and was helped out by woman named ALEX. By far the worst service I have ever experience. As I walked in, I said hello and she did not even care to say hello back. I asked for an Eighth and she gave me year old flower, did not let me see the flower and said they didnt have any light. Ive been there before and other employees allow me to see the bud under the light. She was obviously hiding that the flower was OVER A YEAR OLD. Because of her, Im not stuck with old weed and a bad taste in my mouth about 420 Central. In addition, she didnt care to mention the early bird or Santa Ana Resident discount until I brought it up . I will be returning to my regular clinic and never coming back. This weed and the service is terrible

I came here mid day on a Friday and was greated by very friendly people. Signing up was easy and there were a few sponsors representing their products there. When I went in, the budtender walked me through all of the products in store and answered every question I had. This place has a lot to choose from. The only inconvenience I ran into there was waiting for about 15 minutes but it was worth the wait!

I went in today to get some stuff, Ashley was super nice and helpful. There was so much variety of products and a nice store setup. Definitely going back.

Bought a vape pen from these guys and it broke immediately. Returned it and asked for a replacement and they refused. Asked for them to discount the cost of the pen towards the purchase of an upgraded pen. They also refused. There’s a million places like this store, might as well go to a place where they stand behind their products and care about their customers. I recommend trying somewhere else.

I came in yesterday at 3 pm,hoping to get a good quality medication and be on my way. Except for some reason that I dont understand THEIR WAS ONLY 1 BUDTENDER! and after 20 minutes;I left very disappointed because I would have to go to an inferior lab, with wack policies and switch and bait scams and product that is marked up like a bus terminal bathroom.
