Terrible company. Overcharged me by 400% for Nitrogen, sold me a tank they can only fill with two week notice. Tried to resolve with manager several times and NEVER got a call back. Tried the regional office and never got a call back. No one has any authority to do any thing but overcharge you. Much better companies to use that have far better pricing and have some interest in customer service.

This review is about Praxair in general, this store did the delivery and handling of orders.We run medical business we use medical gases at low volumes . We had an account with this company for certain rate and delivery.Our observations and experience is extremely negative. In brief:1- very disorganized billing services never sent invoices. We had to chase them and pay even in advance. At the end of the service after we cancelled the contract we kept receiving inaccurate bills repeatedly, even after account is paid in full.2. charged higher rates than initial agreement which was presented to them and was available from their rep in writing.3. Very poor customer service never got orders done on time never addressed concerns appropriately. In each phone call we had regarding service or billing issues we spent more than 30 minutes (the response most of the time happens after repeated attempts). The issues never resolved except one time a temporarily. Eventually we gave up and cancelled the contract with this company.For Medical gases we definitely do not recommend them and have had much better experience outside at 1/2 of the price (literally)People we dealt with : Karen Huckins (regional rep), this store itself, Karen smith, and 2 or three others we called from billing department.

First time I visited a welding supply store. Did not know the technical terms used in this industry. I showed the the image of a flux wire spool. They were kind to explain in laymans terms. Great service

I have always received excellent service from Praxair and this location especially.

Mike was extremely helpful in finding the right equipment I need. If youre a student and need to get some tools or gear, I highly recommend coming to Praxair.

Helpful, friendly, quick in and out. I suggest any sodastream co2 owners ditch their expensive proprietary bottles, buy an adapter online, and buy a tank of food grade carbon dioxide from this business.

Good experience... I was looking for helium, but they are out, and dont know when theyll get any in.
