This is the worst customer service i have experienced. Someone needs to let them know they need to get accustomed to American traditions since they are operating a business in America, NOT in China. They sold me the wrong part and refused to exchange it for the correct part. If you are going to conduct business here LEARN to speak the language! Do not shop at this shop where they sell over priced items. You dont believe me, ask how much a prime bulb cost .

These guys did a decent and expedient job. If you go there ask for Steve. I was referred to him by an unassociated repair shop because he apparently is known for his work. That dude is a knowledgable badass. If he cant fix it nobody can. I was impressed. I thought my companys Spraytruck was a goner. super Steve to the rescue! Heading back there again today for more misc repairs today.

Took Ryobi string trimmer in for warranty work and was told it would take 2-3 weeks. 3 weeks go by and had not heard anything so I called to check on it. I was told it would be at least another week and the part was on order. When I asked what did they find wrong with it, he would only say, “I told you the part is on order”. He was very rude the whole time and I don’t think they’ve even looked at it yet since he could not even tell me what part was on order.Don’t recommend them at all.
