Called them to get a rental for their equipment and they clearly are NOT PROFESSIONAL in handling calls and emailing the customer the receipt after paying them for the rental. They are terrible to do business with.

I cant say enough good things about F & B Rentals. Jose answered my email inquiry on a Sunday and I had the quote the same day. I was astonished! At every turn, the company was accommodating of our needs and I could tell that they really cared about customer service and support. Our company could certainly take a lesson from them. I plan to use F & B Rentals on future TMB Baking Bakery Equipment installation needs.

Be warned ! If there was zero I would give this company ZERO. Specifically stay away from their rental department, they will do anything to keep most of your deposit even if its $10 ..I hope that the owner or CEO of F&B understand that having dishonest workers working for a company like F& B will hurt their business in the long run ...F& B rental tool department need to hire a honest, and professional worker and not a scam

I worked many time but thanks for non logically increased price and didnt return my deposited then I find much better company. They have old stuff and expensive

They were able to get us a forklift out in an emergency situation within a couple of hours. Customer service was very helpful with questions and concerns.

Trying to rent a belt sander from them ended up not taking sander after, too old and wouldnt hold the belt sand paper in place. Workers got mad and made me go through a hassle to get my money back. Never again !!
