Best place to get your SST parts made

Bought the folding sluice. It bends too easy, cheap and flimsy. The green matting at the end of the sluice is awful. Its made to slide out for cleaning,but is very misshapen. 70percent of the pay gravels go under the matting and out the end of the sluice. Save your money,it cost me 170.00 to find out how inefficient this thing is. Very very disappointed!

Poor customer service. Front line staff who answer the phones are rude and arrogant. I wanted to try and do business with them and they were duplicitous in their actions and words and hung up on me as I asked about their statements to me. As a small business owner trying to make a go of it I hope to not due business with them.
