This place is convenient if your in a hurry, they have the basic foods. They dont have anything only food.They dont have chips either I thought I would add that since sometimes I get off just to buy chips this store doesnt have that however on a positive note they accept Google pay or Apple pay. They have pan dulce and they also have a small restaurant where you can order rotisserie chicken, burrito,tortas and other goodies. Products are a little pricier here but thats what you expect from a mom and pop shop. But sometimes id rather pay a little more than go to a crowded store

Worst guacamole ever. It was made with tomatillo verde, a lot of it, so much that I couldnt really taste the Avocado. Guacamole is not supposed to have tomatillo, it was not an authentic guacamole

Best carne asada ranchera marinated beef

What a wonderful surprise to find this gem of a place. I was tasked to bring some meats to bbq and found La Pradera Carniceria. LPC not only offers the varieties of marinated meats but at the excellent price. I got their marinated flap meat and chicken, 3 lbs each. I also picked up red and green salsa along with guacamole. I also happy to pick up this brand of street taco style tortillas that I didnt see in usual supermarkets. Both meats were easy to cook and came out perfectly off the grill. I simply diced up the meat nicely and spread them with condiments for the DIY street taco.

Great place for mojarra frita and Mexican fresh bread. Great small grocery store.

I have been trying all different carniceria in LA and Orange County. To prove that there is a better Carniceria than La Pradera. But I have yet to find a better place. If you dont see something that you want all you have to do is ask for it and they will defer it for you. I promise this is the BEST CARNE ASADA you will ever have. It is a must!Oh and yes they sell Carne Asada so Im not sure what that person means when they dont sell it. Completely falseAnyway this place is the best hands down 😄

I do come here often foods great but unfourtanetly, customer service is not so. The ladies that work there always talking about the customers just because they chichatting in spanish they think we can hear or understand. Thats really uncomfortable. Aswell also so unfriendly welcoming. Really sad. That should change!

The one who is very despicable is the brunette lady who is always in the kitchen, the one who wears many earrings in her ears. It seems that she is always in bad shape or she does not like her job, she always has a face.
