We have been working with John Fanucchi and Mark Leffler of Sunrise Homes, Inc on purchasing a home in Knoll Terrace in Corvallis Oregon the past few months. We purchased a brand new Palm Harbor home from the Albany, Oregon plant through Sunrise Homes and are getting excited to move in.With Covid, the Oregon wildfire issues and the Economy the process has had its share of complications but the communication we have received from John and Mark has been outstanding to say the least. At times it was news we didnt want to hear (factory delays, scheduling issues with sub-contractors and utilities, etc) but they have always been straight forward with the situation at hand, and we appreciate that.The Knoll Hill Community (just north of Corvallis in Lewisburg) is revamping their park with lots of new homes with the help of Sunrise. It is more than a facelift and we very pleased with what their vision is for the community of people that will be living there.I would not hesitate doing business again with John and Mark. They are very helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate.
