I needed help with a cello setup and called on Constellation Musical Instruments. The staff was very courteous, quick, efficient, and helpful with the setup. You could really tell he was concerned with doing the best possible work. His shop is well stocked with instruments and accessories. Ill be happy to return for my future instrument needs.

I came for a guitar modification; the technician is a total professional. I was charge 10$ while guitar center was charging me nearly 100$... my guitar is a 2000$ guitar and i felt comfortable handing it to the tech. I recommend this place for all you music ppl!

I found this on Google maps to fix my nut from my bajo Quinto and Carlos told me he does this custom by hand and let me tell you he did an excellent job tuning my bajo quinto. And lowering the strings so that it wouldnt put to much strain on my finger! I totally recommend this guitar shop!

I came to this place because a close friend recommended it. I was also in a bit of a rush to restring my acoustic guitar because I needed it by 3pm and I did not want to wait 2+ hours at Guitar Center. So I left my guitar for a couple hours, and bought a set of strings that the guy recommended. Turns out when I came back I notice some scratches on my guitar. I should have just gone to Guitar Center and waited for a bit more because I knew that would never happen there. Also I was really disappointed with the quality of the strings. My previous strings gave a much richer and clearer sound. The whole thing costed me like $32 when I could have gone to Guitar Center and had my TAYLOR polished (without any scratches), restringed, and tuned for $19.99!! I would not recommend this place if you want new strings. I also called them and left them my name and number but they did not even call back. I was considering in buying some gear here but was disappointed on their poor customer and way they take care of your instruments.

I brought my electric guitar to this store to replace the strings and it took almost two whole days but when i finally recieved my guitar and got home i noticed a dent in it but they denied that one of the employees did anything wrong and one of them which took my guitar, was pretty irresponsible leaving it on a small black table near the checkout with all kinds of objects( I dont remember what they were). I know it wasnt my fault since i had only gotten it 3 days ago and i or the employees would have noticed it.So i ended up leaving the store with a dent in my brand new $500 guitar which spent more time in the store that in my own home

Hats off for the team in Constellation Music Center! I was searching for a music store in OC that carried accordions and bajo quintos as well as 12 string Takamines and found the perfect spot in Santa Ana! They carry a wide range of strings for my bajo quinto and 12 String guitar and have Dunlop picks that I love! Also prices are fair being a brick and mortar store. The store manager Carlos is friendly and professional and was willing to help me find what I needed to achieve my musical goals. I am a passionate musician and got fed up with the poor service and feel of the big chain stores and will be giving my hard earned money to a local music store like this instead. Highly Recomended!

Was okay went to get pack of string for guitar one of the employees helped me put on one of the strings but I believe when he opened the pack he left the B string in the shop instead of the pack and know that my B string snapped I cant replace love the service though
