This gentelman told us it would take three weeks for a brace and it only took 4 months for that . i got it three days ago and guess what after all this time they had the wrong one. i knew it did not seem right but i thought maybe i am wrong untill i saw my dr and he said this is not what i ordered and was very upset.so when i call them they acted i was crazy. . please do not sign anything with them till at least your dr sees it.also that brace not only did not help it made me not able to walk the way i shoul.so please beware of a person who who acts like he knows it all.any does not even listen to you.
