I am so disappointed with Berlin Packaging. Ive been ordering from them for a while now, and everything was perfect. But my last order was a nightmare. Ive waited 2 weeks to get a confirmation email before calling them and asking whats going on. Ive talked to 3 different reps in 1 week, I even asked for the supervisor which they promised theyll call me back AND THEY DIDNT. Finally after 3 weeks I got only the confirmation, and only after like 5 more days I got the shipping confirmation.Im sorry, but I am not going to trust you nor order from you again. The fact that your own supervisor promised to call back and didnt do it just shows the quality of this company.

The worst place to deliver. Employees in recieving know youre there. They just look at you and leave.
