Most of the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, and generally interested in your unique situation. In my experience, you get more knowledgeable staff when walking in than you do when calling in, so its recommended to walk in with questions, which is less convenient. My guess is the 1 or 2 most knowledgeable staff are tied up helping people on the floor.They have specialty paints as well as the full line of Benjamin Moore.It would be nice if they had contractor accounts that received a percentage off, but they are much like Ganahl Lumber in that they say they already have contractor pricing and breaks happen at certain, undisclosed volume levels. My purchases are never tracked and they did not give me a contractor form to fill out when I inquired, so Im not sure how they would ever know what my volume levels are at.
