I always have a wonderful experience shopping in this gem of a bead store. The staff are super- friendly and will help you create your jewelry project in the store. I also purchased a Kyanite crystal for a gift and they wrapped it beautifully for me.Lovely People! Great Store!!

I found some really lovely hand-made jewelry at Beads, a gorgeous ruby and lotus necklace for my girl. Its her birthstone and she loved it. Thank you, Beads! You made her (and me) So Happy!!!

This amazing store in SB has been a staple for me and my husband for years! Our 5 year old son loved going there and making things.The owners are terrific andwill try and make anything you wish :)

AVOID !!! As a DIY jewelry maker and long time SB resident I am often in search of local shops with quality goods. This is one local store that doesnt need our support! Overpriced + owners completely taking advantage of their customers. There are better options out there...

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE BEADS! Such a cool, eclectic atmosphere with wonderful, helpful owners! They always find me the perfect matches to make wonderful jewelry! I go back every time Im in town.

Offensively overpriced. I had a stainless steel necklace chain that I purchased at this store a few years ago ($6 a yard) that I needed to replace. Store owner at that time was a man (not sure if the store changed owners?). I remembered the store, so ordered two replacement chains and had my mother pick them up for me. New store owner wanted to charge $19 EACH. My mother thought that was overpriced and requested to only purchase 1 chain, at which point owner changed the price to $25. I appreciate the owners efforts to order the chain online, but next time Ill cut out the middle man and do it myself. An unwholesome, capitalistic, and opportunistic store masquerading as a bohemian natural goods store. Avoid.

Love this store. I can have any piece replaced at a very decent price. Support local business.
