I went here before and had a mediocre haircut. Went back because I was in a rush and I thought it wouldnt be as bad as last time. I ended up getting the hair stylist that did my hair the last time, she commented on how bad my last hair was looking, she even gave me a mirror so I could see how uneven my hair was. I didnt want to tell her that she was the person who cut my hair last.The hair cut I got was the worst Ive probably ever received. Uneven hair everywhere. She asked if I was happy at the end, I was not, but I didnt want her to touch my hair anymore than she did. What a waste of money. Now I have to go somewhere else to get this fixed up, my hair looks awful.

Two days ago, I had a coloring, cut, and styling from Mee, who works at Fantastic Sams in Loreto Plaza. Since then, several people have told me how nice I look. In addition to doing a great job, Mee is honest, friendly, and efficient. Ive gone to many stylists over the years, but Mee is the BEST!

I went to the one on Cliff and I asked for a haircut on the lateral and back lower sides of my head and the lazy just ran the machine all the way to the top... I look like I have a weird balding spot now. DO NOT GO THERE!

Betty washed my hair and gave me a Deep Condition Treatment. She is very nice. She suggested some products I might be interested in, but wasnt pushy about it. I appreciate that.

I got a TERRIBLE haircut here. A very sweet Chinese woman certainly meant well, but gave me a fast and truly awful cut. Sorry, but I can’t go back.

This place used to be my go-to when in a pinch and looking for a walk-in place for haircuts and color but has gone downhill due to loss of some great stylists. The staff here is either old and clueless when it comes to ANYTHING trendy or new or fresh out of school with little or no experience. Im not too quick to judge- Ive given plenty of chances. But after my most recent trip a few weeks I had to post because I was sent home with awful patchy highlights; went back 3 days later to have them fix it with a toner or something and was given the same incompetent person. If she didnt know that she was doing the first time-why would I want the same dummy even touching my hair again? And where is management? I havent seen anyone with experience or knows anything other than the basics in here in a while. Still havent learned my lesson cuz I called in for an up-do today for my daughter and I was literally told no one there new how to do an up-do and they recommended I call another location. How could you be licensed and not know how to do an up-do style?? This place is an absolute joke. If your a guy looking for haircut or maybe little old lady looking for a set and style this place might work for you...WOMEN BEWARE~PROCEED WITH CAUTION WHEN GOING HERE!!!

Beware!!! These ppl are horrible. I got a perm and the lady told me my hair,was really healthy and that it would look,beautiful but 3 hours later my long hair fell apart! It was fried and not curly. i complained but the lady rudely accused me of lieing about my hair history!! I had to cut my hair all the way to my color bone all because of an unprofessional uneducated hair stylist. Dont go there these ppl dont know what they are doing!
