Carol was super professional, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Only downside, we have to wait 6 weeks for delivery. Cannot wait.
We love the manager she was really knowledgeable, gave us our sleep number and made Eve efficient . Excited to get the bed!!!
Unless you are absolutly sure you want this bed DO NOT PURCHASE. I company that is made to make peoples sleep better and stressless, caused so much stress to me and my other half because after complaining that our product ( posture was waaaay bigger then our bed) is defected and after calling them sooo many times because their customer service is very bad they told us that they can only give us a refund on the mattress but not on the posture and the base. And that specific base is made for that specific bed so why the heck they dont want to pick it up?! After spending 8k on the whole thing we are super unhappy and unsatisfied by the company and would not recommend for anyone specificly because of customer service and the way their refund policy works/dont work! Bed itself is not super comfy even when you find your number, it always seem like it is an air mattress that lets out the air slowly. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
This Sleep Number store is much larger than the one in Thousand Oaks, with an attentive and knowledgeable staff. They are not pushy and give you the time you need to feel the mattresses, even if you are not going to make a purchase. Its worth stopping in to see the merchandise if youre in the market for a new mattress.Try and visit during holidays to get the special mattresses at 50% discounts.
We had a great experience with Carol. She was patient, understanding and showed us a thorough demonstration of the different bed options. She was really easy to work with and made us feel confident with the options we chose. We look forward to our new bed arriving in a couple of weeks!
The Sleep Number store in Santa Barbara is fine and people are nice. Unfortunately their delivery service is not only inflexible but truly lacks respect. Heads up you really need to move all furniture around the bed and while we only kept the base because we didnt want to unplug their mattress ourselves (we have ordered a new bed and the flexible base), the delivery guys refused to deliver, refused to wait 30 minutes so my wife could get help (they still were within their delivery timeframe ahead by 2 hours). and when she asked if another customer was waiting actually no they just wanted to go back. Seriously? She took a day off to wait for the delivery and we were supposed to be called by end of day to reschedule the delivery. It is 6.30pm and no call. Message to top management, the inflexibility of your company is perceived at every step of the way. Wish a similar competitor arrives and you will be losing share. Technology is not enough for a sustainable business.
I have been disappointed with my sleep number mattress as the pillow top continually slides off center. This resulted in my falling out of bed when I was ill. The personnel at the Santa Barbara store were not concerned about this issue and treated me badly.
