Great local brew shop has almost all the supplies I would need for my homebrew and has a great environment and vibe. definitely the best but the store seems understaffed and the owners are never in. I’ve been in a few times to ask some experienced Brewers some questions but almost every time I’ve been in they were nowhere to be found. The girl working there seemed inexperienced and under trained, maybe you should have trained her more or not have her run the store all alone, just saying.

Best place in town for brewing supplies! Well, its the only place in town. And we are lucky to have them.

We were excited to see that BYOB had a hard-to-find specialty malt in stock that we needed for our family brewery, so we placed an order. It’s been nearly three weeks, but the malt hasn’t shipped. I’ve left a message at their store, emailed their contact address on their website, and even emailed the separate gmail address they list on their voicemail, but no one has responded. I worry that we’ll never get the malt and we’ll have to do without our Rauchbier for our Oktoberfest celebration.

So fortunate to have a local supply shop for all our brewing needs. When we have a new recipe to try we are thankful to have this shop in town to get all of the supplies. Thankful for the great classes and help from staff too!

Was gifted a gift card and it ended up not working online. I called in and the guy working could not figure out how to get it working so he told me to email my order in. After doing so, I never heard back. When I went in to the location a few weeks later, the lady working said she’d give me the discount I was supposed to get for ordering online. She checked me out but forgot to give the discount and couldn’t figure out how to remedy the situation. Terrible experience.

Best local homebrew supply store you could ask for. If you want to get into making your own beer, wine, cider, or mead, and drop in and chat with these guys. Theyll get you started in the right direction
