I used to go to Banana Republic to get alterations done but recently discovered they stopped providing the service. Decided to blindly give this place a try after reading a few reviews and was VERY pleased that I did. Ellen was incredibly prompt and accommodating and the alterations she did on all of my pants were perfect. I wasnt expecting them to be complete for a week but she got them all done within 48 hours without even asking for an expedite. Convenient location in town, easy appointment scheduling and payment options, very friendly, professional, and worth every penny. Ill be going back for all future work.

Ellen was a lifesaver! She did last minute alterations on my bridesmaids dress just three days before my sister’s wedding. She jumped right on it and had it ready the same day!!! I love Ellen aka The Stitch Witch. I first met her about a year ago when she created a beautiful hand made duvet cover for me because my duvet was an odd size and I couldn’t find one anywhere. Her attention to detail was amazing and I use that duvet cover every night. More recently she made some custom masks for me - she’s done a lit of face masks I think but I needed something specific and she did exactly what I needed. Again, they’ve held up beautifully so far. She responds quickly to messages, her prices are very fair, and she works quickly. I’ve recommended her to a bunch of people and will continue to do so. She’s the best!

Ellen reupholstered and rebuilt my very weathered and worn outdoor cushions. She was easy to work with when I had questions about fabrics to consider. She did the job lickety split, and they came out beautiful. She was fun to talk with and has a great personality. Her quality was Haywards, but her price was not. Highly recommend her for this type of work, although she is also capable of other things too.

Ive been taking my clothes to Ellen for repairs and overhauls for over 3 years now and highly recommend her to anyone looking for repairs and guidance with garments. I appreciate honesty and competence, Ellen delivers in spades, she WILL tell you what limitations there are if there are any, and she is fair in price. Shes great and one of a kind!
