I needed a small job done quickly and Andros delivered! Even at the busiest time of year, I had my carpet installed in less than a week, with the furniture replaced and no problems. I chose from wonderful remnants, found the color I wanted, at a price I likes. Weve bought carpeting here for the lifetime of owning our home and have always been pleased with the service.

Andros Floor Design is amazing. I work as the Director of Facilities at the Natural History Museum and I use Andros for all of our flooring issues and installs. Glenn who is my main contact is very friendly and responsive and their install and work crew are quick and polite. They have helped us with everything from small tile bathrooms, 2nd floor offices, carpet, vinyl floor repair, composite flooring and more. They have even come to help us with other flooring that was installed incorrectly by other flooring companies. So if you are looking for anything flooring in Santa Barbara or around I would highly recommend Andros.

My wife and I wanted to replace some area rugs in our house. We just wanted regular carpet rather than oriental rugs or something like that. We looked at their samples, but Glen mentioned that they had quite a few rolls of carpet in stock that we could look at also. We found something that they had on sale that we liked, so we got a great price and since the carpet was in stock, we received the finished rugs in a few days ( that made my wife very happy). If we had ordered something, it could have taken as much as 2 or 3 weeks. Glen and Andros could have made more money if they had sold us new ones, but they were more interested in a satisfied customer than a larger profit.Thank you!Dan K

Accommodating and friendly. I miscalculated the amount of floor to buy and they very patiently took care of it. The floors look great, we are happy with the outcome.

These guys are taking 3+ weeks to install 200 square feet of carpet and 50 square feet of laminate tiles in a rectangular room. All the demo and prep was done. They had a clean subfloor and baseboard all around. BUT NOW...You cannot get a hold of them. They dont tell you when or if they are coming. They finished half the job and took my money, leaving us with a carpet pad and tack strips for going on a week because they didnt measure the carpet before bringing it out. It was too small! So we took time off of work to go down THAT DAY and pick out another piece of carpet. They generously offered a more expensive carpet for the same price. THEN WE HEARD NOTHING. And I have had to call every time to get answers about when they are going to finish this job and I can put my house back together.NEVER AGAIN WITH ANDROSI was very patient with them. I dont yell and scream. I dont ask for discounts. I rarely leave reviews. But I am at my wits end.The installer is sitting outside right now waiting for the carpet that was supposed to be here 2 hours ago. This is after multiple weeks of delays.

Rocco and the staff were very knowledgeable and eager to help. The installers were on time and did a thorough and professional installation. Their showroom has extensive product selections.

Andros Floor Design completed a difficult installation with uneven subfloor in an upstairs office. There was a need for extra padding or sound buffering due to a downstairs neighbor. Andros Flooring Design went above and beyond to complete the install of a vinyl wood product that looks great and is very functional. Would recommend them to anyone especially for the more challenging installations and situations where an experienced professional is needed.

Great service and friendly staff. We called in for carpet replacement and it was done the next business day. It was amazing, no waiting period for landlord and tenant. We would highly recommend them!

These guys are crooks. They basically stole $8,000 from my parents. They did a crap job because they failed to properly estimate the job and property. Then they told my parents they had to pay $3,000 for labor to fix the crap job. Just finding out about this. I plan to call them, well see how they respond. But clearly they are preying on elderly people. Avoid this company. Next stop, Yelp...

A once great business has fallen to new lows...not notified of carpet not being in warehouse until morning of installation. Staff member asleep in front office. Pricing flexible and inconsistent. Installers late but did good job, though needed more help with moving one piece of furniture. Andros has carpeted three of my homes, but cant recommend this company any longer.

I am very disappointed in the Stanton Carpet sold to us. The salesperson assured us that the indoor-outdoor Cedara carpet in the Anywhere Collection by Stanton was exceptionally durable. Indeed, it could go anywhere, even next to an outdoor swimming pool because it was 100% UV stabilized Royaltron Polypropylene which does not support the growth of bacteria. We installed Cedara INDOORS in a motor yacht. Yet, some of the edges are now moldy, disintegrating and elsewhere the fibers are breaking apart. As the Stanton carpet company only warrants their rugs for a year, our expensive investment is now a bust.

They are so knowledgeable and helpful. They made it easy to find the perfect floor for my home.
