In my opinion for used purses, it is very expensive. Vanessa did seem to have some knowledge of purses or at least knowledge of what her customer base buys. My complaint is the wait, regardless of the owners excuses for not getting it done. Five weeks of waiting, excuses and numerous emails sent to her but, unanswered. I found out she was going to close the shop ten days for a much needed re model. My friend who dropped off the purses said the store was old and smelled funny, so maybe this is good. The day before she stated in a email my thirty selling days at whole price started then, so, I would of lost ten more days while the store is closed, after waiting five weeks. All and all I would not recommend The Consignment Room. I finally, just picked all of my stuff up. They were not priced only torn paper with my name in them. Happy to say that I took pictures posted to facebook market place and they all sold in less than one day. I guess consignment rooms are too outdated for me and online was my ticket to selling them.

I love going into this shop. I always find something I love and want to add to my collection. The owner, Vanessa, is very knowledgeable about her bags and luggage. She is also very helpful when Im looking for something specific. This is my first go to place. Her items are also very clean.

I have found so many incredible gems at The Consignment Room! I love taking my daughter in to find treasures. If you need a belt sized, they do it in house. Once you go you will be hooked for life.

I had an amazing experience! I reached out inquiring about a purse I saw on their Instagram page. Vanessa reached out and was happy to send more pictures and answer ALL of my questions. I received my purse with in 2 business days. I will definitely be buying from The Consignment Room again. I plan on stopping in next time that Im in SB.

I highly recommend this place. The owner miss vanessa and her mom are very helpful and makes sure that they adress your need. I was looking for a place to sell my purses, i called and set an appointment right there and there i cosigned my stuff. She works with you in terms of the prices and responds to email, text, or call right away as long as she is not busy. She treats everyone as her family and thats the best part. and i know that my stuffs are in good hands. She is trustworthy and what i love about her is that she cares about you and accommodates you well. Thankyou miss vanessa .
