Friendly Staff. Small but delicious cookies with ice cream. It was good for a reasonable price. The service is quick.

Decent cookies but I could bake cookies just as good at home. It was a quick sweet fix and a mew placed we wanted to try. It was a mistake to order delivery though bc it definitely was a 1.5 hour wait (only bc I called them to see what was taking so long)!!!! Not worth it to me.

Fantastic vegan cookies here. Double chocolate, birthday cake, and chocolate chunk, all very very tasty. The double chocolate is no joke, very rich and good. All cookies perfect soft to crunchy ratio, very important. No vegan ice cream though, very sad.Excellent name and vibe, filling the gap in the market for late night warm cookie munching, very smart.

The cookies were fine, but not the best Ive had in the area. Just dont get the everything bagel cookie; its not worth the gimmick. Idk who thought it was a good idea to put onion in a cookie, but I strongly disagree with that decision.

Amazing cookies and ice cream! We had the salted carmel cookie with strawberry shortcake ice cream and blueberry cookie with rocky road. Both were amazing choices. My only regret is not buying more cookies to take home!

Listen, the best warm and gooey cookies youll ever 😋 try. Forgive the pic. My husband and I started to destroy them before realizing we wanted to take a pic. We were on our anniversary get away and ate on the cookies for two days. They were still soft. Staff was friendly. Keep in mind they dont take cash. Maybe thats due to covid. That salted caramel and smores will be our go to

No one was in the store just me seemed like all the workers were in the back playing loud music, took them abt 5 mins to notice me, and rushed me to take my order. They all looked unmotivated when I showed up. Cookies were good tho just get better staff who are passionate and very friendly.

My daughter said the cookies were delicious but they were delivered to the wrong apartment. They were supposed to be a surprise for her. She did receive a text saying the cookies were delivered to the wrong apartment. She thought it was a mistake so she was going to ignore it. It was her roommate that said she should go get them because even if it was a mistake--hey....free cookies! I dont know how the Insomnia Cookie people knew they were delivered to the wrong address. Its a small apartment complex--four apartments, labeled 1,2,3 and 4. Was the driver so lazy they didnt want to walk up the stairs? How did they get it wrong? And they charged me a $3 tip! So -- good cookies, but you might want to write in the instructions that cookies need to be handed-off.

Its called insomnia cookies because youll stay up til 3 am waiting for your cookies to show up but they dont.Ordered at 10:40 pm, called customer service after 2+ hours went by and they told me they were short on drivers and to expect them shortly, which never happened. After I called and got a refund at 3 a.m. or so, they gave me a coupon for 6 free cookies that didnt even work at checkout and I emailed them asking for a code that works and never got a response either.I never leave reviews for things but I gave this place sooo many chances to take my money and its just been a comically bad train wreck just to get some cookies; at least I got my money back. Cookies from here are awesome but as one can imagine, a late-night cookie delivery service has some extensive reliability issues.

$2 bucks a cookie. Im all in for gourmet cookies and will pay the price for them. Ordered the 5+1 combo (5 classic + 1 premium) for $14.I didnt think any of the cookies were anything spectacular that warranted the price tag, plus the classic cookies were just a tad bigger than a normal chips ahoy cookie. The premium cookie was just a bit smaller than Ms fields cookies, maybe about the same size.IMO, all of the cookies should be the size of the premium cookies. The premium should be in the ingredients not the size. Both classic and premium cookies need to have recipes reevaluated.The premium cookie I chose was the Smores. It just tasted like a double chocolate chip cookie. The marshmallow was missing punch and gramcracker flavor was absent.Chocolate chip was meh, wasnt bad, but not gourmet. Best out of the bunch was snickerdoodle.Service was fast and friendly but wouldnt come back and definitely wouldnt wait in the line.

Ive been here 3 times now, Im very happy with my experiences. Just did the contactless pickup, very easy to pull up out front, called the # they texted me and brought my order right out!!On a side note, I wish you would deliver farther west... You draw the delivery line at Los Positas, cutting off Modoc Rd & Upper State St, you should reconsider your range and maybe make HWY 154 the cut off, just sayin.... :)

This is by far the best place to get really good cookies of all kinds. People are lined up to get in and its worth it.

Good taste but insanely expensive. 1st girl behind the counter was great, she then disappeared and some disinterested 16 yo proceeded to barely speak or show emotion and for almost 7 dollars a serving gave a very unsatisfactory amount. Will never return.

Inconsiderate and ignorant employees made for a poor experienceWent to insomnia because I have had it before, at another location and I was not satisfied with my service. First when a friend and I tried to enter the store we were told to wait outside but the two people after us were allowed in and cut us without anyone being let out. The store is very small but there is room for probably 6 people with social distancing. They had very little in place to follow the guidelines. The employees were working with food but none of them were wearing gloves and they only had cloth masks which are less effective than other masks. The highest precautions should be taken when working with food. Only 2 of the 4 cookies that were purchased were warm but still tasted fine. I would suggest going elsewhere for a sweets fix.

I highly recommend not getting the cookie / ice cream sandwich. It was one small scoop of ice cream, smaller than a golf ball, between two cookies that didnt really make up for the lack of ice cream. Very disappointing, plus the employees seemed annoyed by my existence in the store

The cookies are not bad but for the price, I would expect them to be among the very best, and they’re not. I just can’t justify paying that much for a cookie.
