Claimed to know how to install a very specific putter grip, installed it wrong, and proceeded to throw a tantrum on how I was wrong and trying to force him to buy a new grip.. all while calmly telling him (and showing him the installation instructions online, directly from the manufacturer) he installed it wrong..

I have used the Golf Klub a hundred times for club repairs, equipment purchases etc. Tom is always very helpful, and knowledgeable about the products he sells. There is also a launch monitor in the back, which is ideal for fittings. Tom does a great job on the repairs, and they are always done in a timely fashion. He also stands behind his work. The inventory is comprehensive, and the store is always neatly organized. This has been the best golf shop in the area for many years, and I encourage you to patronize it so that it will be around for years to come.

I’m new in town and had some clubs to regrip. Tom and I got chatting and be gave me some pointers for courses to play in the Tri County area. He’s very knowledgable and good to talk to. Will be my one stop shop for all my golfing needs
