There is personal customer service- and there is the PERSONAl kind. Its a good bet youll never find a more conscientious, interested, competent, kind and all around wonderful guy on whom to depend. I could tell you some stories, but just this: Mike is first rate in every way and so is his service. Hes been so important for our family with our sons community sailing adventure based in French Polynesia, our daughter living in Oaxaca, Mexico and we in Bahia, Brazil. Highly recommended is an understatement.

Mike runs a top drawer Mail Box Express. Its clean, well designed and he has all kinds of great local information, magazines available to those who want them from those who dont, gifts, plenty of packaging and he himself is a true pleasure and gentleman to work with. Hes always mindful, accurate, friendly so the experience of going in there is beyond just getting your stuff packaged, shipped or mailed. Hes a great local anchor and I much prefer going to him than to the PO. A real neighborhood business, Mike serves everyone around him. His radius has a solid reach, and Im so pleased to have him near my office.

I used to use the regular US Post Office. But, after numerous times of the stamp and mail out machine being out of service, standing in long lines with one clerk working, and dealing with a system that was painfully slow and dysfunctional, I said, Thats it, why am I using the US Post Office for my postal needs? Mike is great! Hes always courteous, goes the extra mile in terms of service, makes a box the right size for shipping if I dont have one, and, rather than drive to see if I have mail, I can call Mike; great!

I have been with Mailbox Express II since 2001. In that time, I have lived in SB, Carp, Goleta, and Lompoc. In between my time home in SB County I have lived in SW Asia, C Asia, Europe, LA, NorCal, OR, WA, and now SE Asia. Mike Pico has been extremely helpful and has gone out of his way to forward my mail in multiple forms. He also has been able to complete very detailed package handling as an in between to and from my locations both overseas and domestic. My service received as a customer of Mailbox Express II over the last 16 years has been exceptional. There have been many occasions that Mike Pico’s expertise, knowledge and willingness to go the extra step has been the difference between my having been successful and not. I consider myself lucky to have found Mailbox Express II. If there is one thing that I have come to value during my nomadic lifestyle it is the value of having a highly dependable fixed base location to send and receive all my critical correspondences and high value packages through.
