The interior of the store was clean, well organized and easy to navigate. The customer service was great; the staff was friendly, helpful and efficient.

I have always been helped by courteous professional and outgoing employees that have mastered the art of multitasking. The stove has plenty of copying machine for public use or if you need help you can give your project to them and they will make whatever you want produced giving you a copy to inspect before they print the complete job out. I think their prices are fair and the store is stocked with many different items to help you get the job done right. Cannot ask for more than that in my opinion.

Beware that if your drivers license is linked with a PO Box only, you can’t ship anything. They ask for your license and then you need to bring a bill with you with a physical address if you want to ship something as simple as a letter (if your license has a P.O. Box on it). So don’t waste your time standing in line for 20 minutes only to be told you cannot mail your letter. And no they don’t sell stamps either.

Unhelpful during Covid + staff giving out incorrect info. I wanted to get a gift card for future use of printing out clients emailed minuscule checks for mobile deposits to my bank, with the few dollars I had left today on my Credit Card which will disappear tomorrow when the Credit Card adds in its interest (e.g. the few dollars will disappear). The counter person said I had to pay cash for that type of gift card. I said I had had no cash for months. She said We cannot accept a credit card payment for a FedEx gift card. But just a few weeks ago they did swipe my card and hand me a gift card. So I know its possible. What a shame, what a shame. We in Santa Barbara have always been so proud that it was a local UCSB that founded the Kinkos / FedEx nation wide chain in the 1970s and so proud that FedEx took it over with the original good customer service. The original location was in IV and then expanded to just 1/4 mile down the road at 4141 State St. But FedEx ... hmmm ... now wrong direction wrong direction wrong direction now and wrong attitude for us native Santa Barbarans. We want a little heart from our businesses.

Phenomenal customer service. Arrived unprepared and in a hurry. Kind, awesome woman helped me box a return while helping another with shipping costs and info.Its like she could do everything! One handed ! Wow. Extremely impressed. Thank you.

Sadly this location is consistently understaffed. They also need to invest in training their people. My items sat for two days in their shipping table waiting to be boxes and shipped, new staff members were bewildered by simplist transaction, and both boxes i shipped from here, I paid for packing and shipping, arrived with broken items. Fedex was great about responding to the insurance claim but it should not have been necessary.

After bringing two packages into the store to ship, I was told that the packages would not ship as is, and needed to be repackaged. I was in a hurry and the packages needed to ship out that day so I left the packages with the employees to repack, and called in later to pay for the new packaging over the phone. The repacked packages were not properly labeled by the employees and were sent to the return address. Additionally I was charged for shipping on a 50lbs and a 20lbs package. When I took the same boxes back and had them reshipped the packages were weighed in the store at 30lbs and 10lbs. I have talked to the manager and been told that he is unable to give me any form of refund and that I must contact the main FedEx support number. I have yet to be compensated for either the shipping or the repackaging. More distressing is that the employees seem to have intentionally increased the weight of my packages when I wasnt there in the store to observe. Highly irritating. Should I ever receive compensation, I will be back to edit this review.Three years later I still have not received compensation.

Expensive place to do your own large-format printing, but it works. A much less expensive place for large prints like building plan sets for construction drawings is Tri-Co Reprographics downtown. I have always been happy with the customer service here, although I havent needed much: I mostly use the self-service printing etc.

This FedEx is what you would typically expect from a office print center. They have a decent amount of computers machine and a computer center. The staff really is the only problem really, the staff is nice but it always seems that they are understaffed all the time so you are waiting for a wile when you do need help.

Consistently bad. The clerk today was actually arguing with me that they didnt carry the replacement note pads for a blue sky portfolio I had just purchased. Really?! This was not customer service! Please have a shot of Starbucks 15 mins prior to starting your shift or take care of your personal issues before you assist people at your place of employment. You are representing FedEx, never forget that rude lady. We will take our business to the Calle Real store instead, 5 stars for them.

I worked with Leif today and i saw him putting in his best effort into finishing my 2by4 poster for my class and it was pretty hard because i had a Mac computer and the operating system at FedEx are all PC so for him to transfer it all from Mac 2 PC.. doing that is not only a hard task for beginners of Microsoft users but also pretty hard even with PROS.. it was a miracle to me that he actually did that idk how he did i didnt think it would work but he actually made it happen!! i actually like coming to FexEX now since my problems get solved when i have any...thanks Leif for an outstanding job :)

Go to the library. Biggest rip off here. $18 for 16 pages printed, and yes, I did have extra 16 pages that printed by mistake, but still $18 for 32 black and white print is insane.

Stood in a long line to find out that they do not print on envelopes. You can buy an entire pack of address labels and they will print the whole sheet for you, but they will not help you set up the file. They also do not sell resume/high quality white envelopes, only off white. Basically, they can print, which you can do at home.

Workers are friendly.
