Just from the brief phone call I had with Dominic and Adam, I am extremely satisfied with how they answered my questions and their pricing. this is the only shop in the area that treated me fairly over the phone and did not try to price gouge me. Cant wait to take the car in an update this review as Im sure the work will be just as quality as the people!Update: I will never take my car to another shop. These are the most honest, reliable, communicative people I have ever done business with. they are extremely professional in do great work. Extremely helpful and honest work done on our 3 BMW X5 and X5Ms. Goes out of their way to discuss repair options and wont require fixing expensive parts that the dealer wants to do as a package. Also worked on modified X5M repairs

These guys changed the water pump and thermostat on my 2008 BMW 535i. They didnt correctly torque the bolts on my electronic sway bar bracket therefore the bolts loosened and broke my sub frame. They didnt take any responsibility due to the fact that they think it wouldve happened immediately although it will happen regardless of mileage if not torqued down correctly. Ive heard stories via the mechanics mouth himself messing peoples cars up and not taking responsibility. One story was he was not sure if he torqued a bolt down correctly inside the engine and was too lazy to take everything apart and check so he just started the engine and luckily it was fine. Shouldve listened to the stories because now Im out thousands of dollars due to their inexperienced child mechanics. One of the owners of this shop used to work at Kragen Auto Parts. I think he shouldve stayed there.

Really like the service here. They repaired water nozzles on the windshield for free!
