My wagon who had my two little boys in it was missing a screw and the respective wheel kept falling off as a result. I treaded my way to the shop with the two boys in tow. To such a great relief, the owner graciously allowed his employee to assist me for free and did not accept any payment offer from me. He even was hospitable to my boys and gave them each a bag of goodies while I was waiting for that very short time we were there. I am not sure how much he is aware he has helped me but it was a huge huge favor he did me. I was packing and getting that wagon ready to fly out to the next day on vacation. And I was exhausted when I went to the shop. The owner was so very kind and inspired me to pay it forward and continue to be kind to others and help them out when possible.

I googled shops near me and found Nasseri Auto Tech. He did inspection while I waited and then told me what I really needed fix and what can wait. I also like that he accepts Snap so if you dont have funds you can use Snap to pay for repairs. My car is driving much better and will be going back to fix the remaining items that need to be replaced. Great customer service and prices.

I originally brought my 2006 Mazda 3 here due to an issue with the transmission. I had taken it to a couple other places and they were either unable to assist or their prices were astronomically high.I found Nasseri Auto Tech on Yelp and gave them a call. David was able to get my car in right away and did a significant amount of diagnostic work off the clock, so to speak. It ended up that my transmission essentially needed to be all but rebuilt. This was costly, of course, but it was a reasonable price. Much less expensive than I had anticipated given the amount of work involved.A year or so later when my car was having issues passing its smog test (for no legitimate reason might I add), David came to the rescue again! Once more, he told me to stop by right away and had the issue fixed, the car smogged and the information submitted to the DMV, all in about an hour.Goes without saying that Nasseri Auto Tech is now my go to mechanic for any issues with my car. Im grateful I have someone I can trust with the maintenance of my vehicle!

It is a very small operation so contrary to the larger garages where you are just a number in the crowd, you really get the one on one experience there. Great mechanic and person. My 2008 128i had a service engine light that kept coming on. He knew immediately what it needed without replacing things that didnt need to be replaced. He even worked one of the repairs into a routine oil change to save me money. Very happy.I referred my brother to him as well. Had a 2012 5 series with check engine problems. He had half a dozen repairs with no result from other mechanics. David was able to identify the issue and fix the problem first shot.

Nasseri Auto Tech is a small shop located in Santa Clara and owned by Mr. Nasseri. My car was running into some engine problems due to a cylinder misfiring. I had it diagnosed at another mechanic but Mr. Nasseri was able to handle my problem within the day as well as diagnose other problems that my car had within 3 hours. I decided to come back the next day because of Mr. Nasseris passion about helping people to get my car serviced. David have always been awesome! Granted my car, a 2010MB C300, it has gone through the usual wear and tear, after all it has racked up 100.000 miles (and counting). They have always been honest and upfront with any of my auto repair or maintenance needs. I always get a quote from the MB dealership service shop close by and D&S always charges me less if not half the price. Did I mention they have excellent customer service?
