I didnt feel stressed or like I was being taken advantage of and they answered all of my questions and got my car serviced in an efficient and timely manner- very important when you have a little one with you!

Service was good. Very responsive. Very helpful, answer all your questions. They did a good job. Only drawbacks are their pricing. I have my own oil and oil filter still they would charge $55 for the service. In my opinion, seems little high just for the oil change. Another issue was the service person inputted wrong mileage in the system which is now showing in my car-fax report. All in all good service.

A week after oil change our van started gushing oil. Called the store manager and he was at my house in 20 minutes with a tech. They loaded the car w enough Oil to limp to the shop where they determined the cause was a faulty oil cooling line. Provided a video and topped up the oil again to get to our mechanic. Free of charge. Amazing service from this team.

Had my oil change and tire pressure check last week here. Came home and saw one of the tires is almost flat. Put air in it and no issue from then. I have no idea what they are doing but extremely unprofessional people.

I have taken my car and my sons car here for an oil change a few times. The last time I was there on 5/1/2021 the gentlemen that helped me were friendly and provided great quality customer service and I was in and out within a reasonable amount of time.Earlier this week my check oil light came on. knowing that with in the last month I put 1,000 miles on my car and less then 75 days after I had my oil change I called spoke with Manager and he immediately came out with a coworker all the way across town to my work to check my car and to make sure everything was ok. Velino and Jamal were extremely helpful, polite, professional, and understanding. Great job to this company, the manager Velino and the crew best customer service I have actually seen in a very long time way before current pandemic A+++++++ 100,000,000,+++ better then the 2 dealerships I have recently had to deal with regarding other things. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My friendly neighborhood oil changers just down the street from my place. I was told yesterday when I showed up 10 mins before close that my filter was out of stock and it would show up today, no problem. Came back today and was told the same thing by the same guy; that it would be in tomorrow. Happy to give business to Sunnyvale location, but wasted gas and got in line behind two customers who just got here. If I went here first I would have not been inconvenienced whatsoever. Thanks a lot.

Velino and Marcus were awesome. I called to check if there was any wait time. Was told that its first come, first service. I got in and left in 20 minutes with oil change and power steering fluid change and a car wash. Im not going to go anywhere else as long as I live in the South Bay!

Car wash was not good. It did not clean the top of my SUV and not the rear window and trunk lid of my sedan. I do not recommend this place.

I love the quick and honest work done at this establishment. My usual go to place closed down so I went here in desperate need of an oil change (it was a 5%). The two guys there were great. They were very friendly, efficient, and taught me things about my car I didnt even know. I went there for only an oil change and left with an oil change (of course) air and oil filters and new windshield wipers. This was my first time here and I will definitely be returning.

Absolutely wonderful. I went after work on a Friday around 5pm and was seen immediately. It’s a drive through service so you don’t have to get out of the car and you can watch how they work as a team to get the service done. Respectful and fair employees here. I really appreciate the genuine friendliness and speed of this place.

I came in 10 minutes before the closing time at 5 pm, but they still changed the oil and set the tire pressure quickly and efficiently.

Been going to this business for a time for a basic Oil Change. Average price $30-35. Today it was $60. I asked why. The employee tells me, it’s because we had to raise the minimum wage.... SERIOUSLY!?!?! The service there is not all that to be excited about. So will be taking business elsewhere. If I have to pay $60 for a basic oil change, I would expect exceptional service to go with it. I encourage you all to do the same!

These guys are awesome. They are honest. Yes, you heard me right. Honest. They tell you straight up what you need, why you need it. They explain things to you, show you where your levels are at for your car. I wish I could remember the name of the guy that checked my car today. Went for the first time a couple months ago and they did an awesome job .

Normally great! Except this last visit (week of 3/20/2020). I had my oil change a month prior to this and have started to notice that oil was leaking. I have an old car (1999 Miata) so I figured that it was just due to old age. It turned out to be leaking from the oil drain bolt. I brought it back here so they could check it out and the issue was that the washer was bent around the drain bolt. The technician told me that I could get a new bolt/washer and they can replace it. Great! Except I came back a day later with the new bolt/washer and the tech wasnt there. I told the manager what happened and the guy rudely told me that id have to pay for the oil change again if they replace the bolt. Umm no, I aint dishing 70+bucks for an oil change that I just recently had. Heres why Im writing this review. When I came in the second time for them to see why the oil was leaking, they TOOK THE BOLT OUT and drained the oil to find out the problem was. So they essentially did another oil change on the car but didnt charge me then. Why is it when I come back, they are telling me they want to charge me. I aint trying to take advantage of your business! I just dont want my car to leak oil everywhere I go!

I am having my own car serviced by a specialty garage, but this place treats my wife great with good service and attitude whenever she is here with her car. Very fair prices on full synthetic oil change, as well as recently checking and charging her refrigerant for AC. When she gets home, every time she pays a compliment to how she was treated. She especially likes not being pushed around by upselling like so many oil change places.

I was at the Santa Clara Police station running some errands and the oil change was down the street. Yes the employees there where nice and all but the wait was kinda of long and very expensive for a oil change but I was in the area so oh well. Did the oil change on Monday when it was done they say all good u can go I notice the oil light was on and told them but they said it was ok it will go off. Drove around on Tuesday but the light was still on so I was worried. Got home pop the hood and check the engine oil and it was freakin empty?? Drove back their asap and ask them to check yup it was empty...how can it be empty when u guys just changed it yesterday. At first they tried to tell me there could be a leak. my car did not leak oil at all..so I just told them pull oil in there and see if it leaks. Simple enough I waited another 45 minutes in the car for them to finish the one in front of me just to put oil in my car...no leak the person who service my car just forgot to put oil in after draining it. I understand yes people can have a bad day and forget but I didnt even get an apology or anything. U had me driving around in my car with no oil in the engine luckily I check and didnt drive that much...or I would damage the engine even further.

$72.76 is way too much to spend on an oil change in my opinion. $49.99 for the oil change +$18.99 for a high mileage additive that I had no idea about until I got my bill. Save ur $. When I was looking over my invoice the guy who helped me wrote down my mileage wrong. As well as many other errors on the invoice. He told me my collant was empty. Offered me the service for them to flush it for me. Told me for both the oil change + coolant flushing would be about $157.00. when I told him I would just get the oil change today and when I get paid next week I would return for the flushing then. He explained that would be compared to you needing surgery and putting a band aid on the problem for nowDoesnt serve a purpose. Then as I sat there and started to think about it. I asked him if he just checked my coolant run off reserve. And not my radiator to check the level. He told me he only checked my reservoir. Making it seem more serious than it really was, in my opinion.

Pulled up at 12:15 PM on a Monday, was immediately pulled into an open bay, was finished and leaving 13 minutes later. The on shift manager, or owner, must be former military, it appeared to be running very smoothly and efficiently. I have been to this specific location twice, and have not been disappointed. Workers seem friendly each time.

The oil changes here are always solid and the staff recommendations don’t ever feel forced. Their car wash is a best kept secret, as the nearby Coleman Chevron can have 1 hour long lines for a similar automatic car wash.

Two gentlemen that serviced my car were friendly and professional. They didn’t try and push an extra service on me, but were thorough in explaining what the car needed. The wait time was 10 mins which is the average wait time and I went around 6pm on a weekday. I’ll definitely go back.

I liked it because it was fast and you can stay in your car. That way you also see what work is being done unlike many oil change places where you have no idea what is being done.
