The mall was huge, the first parking lot was full so we had to go the adjacent parking lot and it was almost full. People had to stand in long line outside each store to get inside each store due to Covid. The food court didnt have variety of food but mostly Asian food, which I like but still there should have been more options. I liked the outdoor upstairs dining area to eat your food from food court. There were still some shops still opening in future. I liked the mall and the atmosphere.

I went in to exchange (+return) some jackets I bought online. The guy at the register basically told me to go look around myself if I wanted to exchange the jackets for different sizes.Thankfully another worker overheard the whole exchange (hah) and offered to find the correct sizes for me.

Limited number of items. I think the previous store was much bigger.

Wanted the black duffle didnt see it on display so logical next step ask the staff, right? Well said staff is just as clueless as you.. Said hell go check and proceeds to disappear.. Into thin air never to be seen again.. Lunch break? Alternate universe?? Who knows but i never got that black duffle bag i wanted so bad. Thats why AMAZON is taking over..smh
