Olivia and Antonio were really great! Olivia helped me with my candle selection based on everyday fragrances we enjoy. Antonio wrapped up my candles and rung me up quickly so I could make it to breakfast with my son. Thanks!

I love Yankee Candle,but the service is not that good.I rather go to other stores.The staff showed impatient feeling that makes me so stressful. Not friendly for everyone here.

This Yankee Candle is me and my friend Lexies favourite Yankee location to visit and we are always greeted with enthusiasm and kindness and I was shocked to read another review that said they felt rushed, because we have spent hours in this little store before spending a modest amount and have always been treated with kindness and respect. I have never personally felt rushed here nor seen that type of behaviour from staff here. They have a fabulous selection and the manager even remembered we were huge fans of their sale and she calls us on our cell phones when the sales are about to begin to ensure we get first dibs. Awesome service, awesome candles and superb staff.

The manager is not very friendly, she’s kind of mean. I was waiting in line to get inside about 15-20 mins. Usually, when you are waiting for that long, you have an intention to buy something. So, when it’s my turn to get inside, I was looking around and not even there more than 10 mins. The manager come to say to me“Just want to remind you, we allow only 6 people inside the store” so, i left the store right away without buying anything. What’s the point to open a shop and does not want a customer to look around. I feel so disappointed and never want to go back again.

Used to buy the Yankee Candle but now turn to independent artist handmade candle.
