I chose this location over BMW Fremont because the cars there are overpriced and have way too many miles. I came here yesterday after finding the SAV that I wanted online. Not realizing I walked in to the wrong area, a nice lady in service called a sales rep for me and the rest was history. My consultant was Tejinder aka TJ and he was AWESOME!! He was very professional and kind during the entire process, which is appreciated, and that explains why he has so many work awards at his work station because he clearly is a hard worker and deserves the recognition. I wasn’t at the dealer as long as one would normally be when purchasing a vehicle. Also thanks to the financial advisor (I believe his name is Bill) who thoroughly explained everything as I was signing paperwork. I bought my first BMW in LA 4 years ago, but it was time to upgrade for more space. Both experiences were pleasant which is very important to me and also the reason I will be a lifelong BMW owner.
Stevens Creek BMW did an excellent job in the entire the purchase process. Alec Kisin made the process of ordering and customizing my BMW X3. All of the options were explained to me well. Alec kept me informed on the build status. When the vehicle arrived at the dealership, Alec gave me the info required to complete the purchase. The paperwork was ready when I arrived. I got to test drive my new car. Finance made the finance process seamless. I would highly recommend Stevens Creek BMW.
Definitely recommend going elsewhere for newer vehicle types and service. I was in the market for a preowned plug in hybrid with specific range/capabilities... purchasing the car was simple/quick enough but unfortunately the follow up to issues with the car left much to be desired. The sales and service team were ill equipped to communicate technical details regarding electric vehicles performance and repair clearly. Save yourself the headache and find another place....
I guess your dealership experience really depends on your service advisor. I’ve been coming to this dealership for years and was never been satisfied with customer service provided by any of the advisors. However, I was very impressed with level of service provided by David. He was gentle, quick, and not trying to sell unnecessary services. Thank you !!
First off, I went to Stevens Creek Porsche and with the chip shortage, the salesman was a bit arrogant and flat out said there is no negotiating since the chip shortage that someone will pay the asking price for the Porsche I was looking at. So no negotiating.I left and went straight to Stevens Creek BMW and the first person to approach me was Mansour. I told him what I was looking for, and he didnt even have to look at his inventory. He knew what he had on the lot and showed me a car. Took $2000 off immediately and we had a deal done within the hour. No back and forth haggling me, No four square, just straight forward. I drove away with a car that I really enjoy and even with a chip shortage, dropped the price a little bit to meet the monthly payment I wanted to be at. Thank you Mansour, and thank you BMW of Stevens Creek.
That was a great experience! In this market it’s hard to find something that makes sense, and the sales team was quick to find the perfect fit for us. Liz and Puru were patient, and you could tell that they care about getting you the best deal possible.
.This review is not for the dealership but for the service advisor Hieu Bui. He made everything so complicated. I asked for windshield wipers and he said they will have to charge because I have basic package. Every time I go to any other dealership, they replaced it for free before the rain season without my request . Then I told him, I have an appt and have to go, he was taking his sweet time. My brake was making noise, I asked him to check and he said they have to perform a test right in front of me, like we have all the time in the world to sit here and wait, then he said I have to come back with another appt for the brake Well, I hope nothing will happen with the brake when I drive the car during this period. By far the worst experience, I usually come here and get service by another advisor named Chris and he was always very pleasant. This Hieu Bui is a real piece of work. Please do send me the review for my service.**Updated*-I was confronted today about my review when I came back to the dealership to pickup my car. There was no apology but I was questioned why I left the review. I told Hieu Bui that I don’t want to be a part of his drama show, I want to take care of my car and move on. I also expressed my concerns of how I was treated poorly. He didn’t care one bit.Everyone else at the dealership was very pleasant, from the man checked me in for my loaner car to Steve the shop man on my test drive for my brake issue.
Great experience at Stevens Creek BMW. They are volume dealer and get you good offers. Sales agents are pretty amazing and professionals. I bought a new car and highly recommend this place.
Great experience working with Jayne. Did 4 test drives across a few days with her, until I finally found the perfect car for me. She always answered questions/concerns promptly. Solid dealership with fast paperwork processing.
This is easily the worst dealership ever. I took my car in to get it diagnosed and they called me to come pick it up a few days later and when I came to pick it up they said they lost the key. After losing the key they continued to try and have me pay for the new which obviously I would not do. So my car sat there for weeks before they ordered the new key and got it to me and still my car wasnt even fixed. The staff there if extremely rude and not helpful even before they lost the key, and then after they lost the key they acted like it was my fault even though the key and car was in their possession. I recommend never going here theres plenty of other BMW dealerships with much better costumer service.
Do not get your car serviced here. They are NOT trustworthy. This dealer may be good on sales but their service center is significantly lacking. We are more than disappointed and frustrated. We have a 2016 BMW X5. A couple weeks ago we experienced a problem where, after parking the car at a store and turning the car off, the entire rear end deflated and the tires were almost touching the wheel well. I drove the car home very slowly with my young son in the back which felt like severe air turbulence. Once home and the car was off, it inflated and went to normal height again. I immediately contacted the dealer and had my car towed the following morning to be checked out.We started our own research in the meantime and a simple search of “BMW x5 deflating” comes up with NUMEROUS forums regarding how this is a common air suspension issue in X5s with 3rd row seating. Our service advisor called the following day and proceeded to tell us that nothing was wrong with the air bags or air suspension but we needed new shocks and that the cost was going to be $5700 total. My husband questioned him and asked how shocks would be responsible for the entire rear deflating/inflating when the car turns off/on. The service advisor agreed and also thought it would be an air bag/leak/pneumatic pump/valve line/or compressor leak and said he would have the foreman look at our car the following day.Fast forward, he calls back the next morning to say our car was misdiagnosed, we don’t need new shocks after all, and that they were going to let my car sit for a few days to try and replicate the issue. (Had we not questioned it we would’ve spent $5700 for shocks we didn’t need apparently…). After a few days he calls and says they can’t find anything wrong with it, the computers aren’t showing it ever deflated, they tested everything on the car and there weren’t any airbag leaks, etc. My husband says that doesn’t make sense and asks if the car is safe to drive. Matt the service advisor says yes.I picked my car up yesterday. I paid $1300 for other “maintenance” like oil changes and spark plugs (that I probably didn’t need either). Today at lunch, my husband and I drove the car and parked it. Guess what? The entire rear right side deflated causing the car to tilt to the right. This happens less than 24 hours after picking it up from this dealership and being told nothing was wrong. After we started the car again it leveled itself to the right height again. A strange sound comes from the door areas when you open/start the car. Problem still exists; car is still not safe to drive. Apparently the “computer system” they rely so heavily on to diagnose is also bad. Now I’m left with an unsafe car, untrustworthy dealership, and more undue stress to myself and family. I’m calling Corporate BMW tomorrow and will be demanding an answer.
Uno took good care of me while I was there and helped me the navigate the different options on the certified ones. He showed me the options as he gauged what I wanted. I wasnt too sure when I went in. I am never am. It is always a mix of like and value for money but he did a really good job of ascertaining that balance. He is still following up with that good service even though other car salespeople would just ignore you.
I just gave one star coz I couldnt select anything lower than that. This place is a joke. The worst BMW dealership experience ever. Went into the dealership to test drive the BMW X5 M, but was told rudely that they dont allow test drive as it puts miles on the car . Really ? Is this a joke ? I was told you can only drive the car when you purchase it. Have been with BMWs since last 9 years, every experience at other dealers was great. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO TEST DRIVE AND BUY. They allow test drives only after purchase
This review deals with my leasing/buying experience around 2018 (I hope this is not true now in 2021).I was interested to lease a vehicle at this location, but I was never offered a test drive even after having a confirmed appointment twice. The reasons provided were not convincing even after I expressed a lot of interest.
Michael Stanton was a great. Help me with the purchase, very helpful and great attitude. Everyone else was friendly. Nice dealership.
We hadnt bought a car in many years, and honestly wasnt looking forward to the experience. But it ended up being very pleasant. We felt very relaxed, never felt pressure, everything was laid out for us-no surprises, and our salesperson Prac was friendly and helpful. We even shared a fun place to go with his wife back on the Peninsula. The finance guy was great too. The follow up has also been encouraging, texts and email checking on us and our purchase.
Really nice people here, took my Z4 in for some maintenance and got an M440i as a loaner, it quick and easy, best BMW service center ever 🥳🥳🥳also shout out to David K, he great.
I had a very good experience with Alec Kisin who helped with the purchase of a new car at Stevens Creek BMW.
The overall experience with sales agent was perfect. For him Ahmad, I give him 5 perfect stars. To overall dealership I give much less stars. Like 2.5. Unfortunately Google doesnt have 2.5 stars. So you are lucked out here.First, the loan officer was unable to bring my loan contract in his tablet because they just cant. I suppose they dont have the ability. Even though other dealerships due to Covid 19 are making this contact less effort. I mean we are talking about BMW here not Kia or Mazda dealerships here.I bought a used car so I asked them to buff it up which is why I didnt bother price haggle them. Perfect here. So they said yes they will do it and loan me a car. It took them 11 days to get the car buffed up and when it was returned I had more scratches and dents before. Plus they messed up my car, left paint stains, dirt and much more. They told me to bring it back or take it to local detailer. I told no thanks to both because due Covid I prefer to not have any contact. And secondly, I already given you my car and I am not doing it for more dents and scratches. For all this inconvenience I give this dealership 3 stars. Really bad experience. Also it took me 6 hours to buy a car. Really I am honest here. I stood out in the cold at night to ensure for semi contact less experience. From 1 pm to 7 pm, the time I finally got my car. They were really generous to drive 60 miles to drop my new car. So thank you Ahmad and Steve for that. But for other things horrible.
This was my quickest car buying experience ever. We arrived at the dealership on a Saturday, went home to do some more thinking, then got a call on Sunday with a deal that we couldnt refuse.Working with Manual was pleasant. He is very respectful to listening to what we wanted out of our next vehicle. He showed us a couple of different models when we finally settled on two vehicles. On the day of purchase, he had our car washed and detailed. And since our turn around time was so quick, he invited me back to meet with him to get dedicated time to learn about my vehicles features.
I have been taking my car in for service for years. Their service department is pretty great, very friendly, and great customer service. When it was time to purchase a car Jonathan was there to answer all my questions and found me the car I wanted. It was really easy with the no hassle pricing or pressure to purchase right at that moment.
Start of by saying how unprofessional for a sales manager to yell and scream at a customer. They lied about my title and when confronted about it they say yeah we a mistake so what . And continue to yell and forced me to hang up the phone. They are nice when they are trying to make a sale but after that you are treated like a dog on street. Dont purchase your car from here because they lie and sale a car under someones elses name. And send your information to the wrong place. FRAUD!
Alec and Livia were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure that my business with Stevens Creek BMW was easy. Since I was an out of state buyer and a car enthusiast, I required very specific information and Staff at this dealership never hesitated to provide any and all information I asked for. I am very very pleased with this deal and this purchase. Thanks guys!
Mansour helped me with my car purchase and made it very efficient. He is friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful.
Service was decent through the test drive and buying process. HOWEVER; I bought a warranty along with the car, and wanted to cancel it. I did that in the 30 day period, and Stevens Creek was meant to cancel this and inform my bank to have the warranty portion removed from the payment. It has been 3 months, about 30 calls, emails, and I still cannot get it done. It was impossible to reach their finance department, and once I did, a person agreed to help and sort out the mess. He said hed issue a new check to the bank, and send me an email confirmation of it in my email - my bank never received the check and I did not receive the email. I cannot stop contacting them until the extra $3,250 I should not and will not pay is removed. A complete waste of my time (countless hours...). Bad all around.
Loved the whole experience of getting my car’s usual service done here. The employees are very friendly and explain you everything very well. The waiting area is very good along with free refreshments. The time estimates given are very accurate. One suggestion is that they should provide basic Wi-Fi in the waiting area since my network was not healthy in there.
I was very satisfied with my vehicle purchase at Stevens Creek BMW. The team took excellent care of me. They had the car that I wanted, and got it ready for me to be able to drive it away the day I test drove it. They made excellent recommendations about an extended warranty. They even filled my new car with gas and returned my rental car. I would definitely buy another car from them again. Thank you!
Alec was great. I told him the car I wanted and when I would be there and he got everything ready for me by the time I got there. He didn’t haggle with me or make it difficult in any way. He was very friendly, gave me a walkthrough of all the car’s features and how to use them and left me with a full tank of gas and fully charged battery. Thank you
This dealership has everything I was looking for. Great selection. Highest quality cars. No pressure. Great prices. And they really went the extra mile to prep the vehicle, including having a small ding removed perfectly, and replacing 2 tires ! Great place to do business with! Our salesman was professional and responsive, and the finance officer made the experience the BEST!
Mansour was the best! He helped with throughout my deal, made sure all my requests were met and fulfilled in a timely fashion. Excellent experience at SC BMW.
I have been trying so hard to reach out the customer service team regarding my lately trade in car’s payment issue, but never heard back. Even they have been telling me they will call me back for many many times. I was happy with my experience at Stevens Creek BMW during the past 3 years, now starting to feel disappointed! I hope someone can really do something to get back to me!
Pleasant customer service, but long wait times on drop off and pick up and a simple oil change cost me over $400, which is exorbitant. The oil change and inspection was $200 and while it was in the shop, they sent me a text message indicating there were fault codes and they required an additional $225 for diagnostics. It turned out the car was perfect, and it was just a routine check of codes on the computer that should have been free.
Please ask for Ken Quach!! He will value your time and give you a great deal! I compared his offer to all other dealers and none of them can beat it. Great guy and very pleasant buying experience.
Service was to perform a warranty passenger side air bag module replacement. There were only minor delays checking in on my arrival. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient in answering my questions. The car was ready, washed and waiting on receipt of both a text message and a phone call. All pandemic protocol was in place and carefully followed by each and every employee I encountered.
It’s not the same responsive, professional service center we had once appreciated. The staff is rude and they lack the service orientation that they were once proudly known for.
When you call them first time, ask for TJ. He is really a helpful client advisor. Finance dept was way quicker than any other dealers I have had experience with. Happy with the deal I got on my X3.
Thanks to Alex. My friend was buying BMW X5 and we needed quote on issue. Alex explained in detail about the issue with patience and gave quote. Entire staff is helpful and good service.
I purchased the pre-owned vehicle of BMW X1 in Stevens Creek. The vehicles maintenance of interior and exterior is super clean. The Alec, the best dealer ever, gave me a great offer compared to other cars, and I finally chose this car. He is also super-nice and clear without hassle. It was a great experience for me with Steven Creek to purchase vehicle because im quite new in the US. I highly recommend here if youre considering the BMW.
Fantastic ‘End to End” and Coast to Coast service. I purchased pre-owned sight unseen, Ron in sales and Livia in finance teamed up to get this done for me and shipped to Florida. Vehicle showed up ahead of schedule and shipper was very accommodating to the drop. Well done Stevens Creek, it is customer service like this that most have forgot. Thank you.
Ron Ryan got me the price and car I wanted. I am loving the new ride.
Ive had good experience overall. No haggle price isnt for everyone but it definitely saves the hassle.I also went to refill my car coolant at a later date and it was free of charge. So thats great. Havent done routine maintenance here though.
As first time car buyers - we came to the showroom hoping to understand more the models and process of buying the car. However sales person was very uninterested in explaining and we stepped out of the showroom in less than 10 minutes.
Uno at Stevens Creek BMW made the process completely effortless. Although the car I was there to test drive had been sold, he took me to see several other options which lead to me finding the perfect car me. He was able to walk me through each feature of the car, educating me on all of the technology. Additionally, we throughout inspected the cars owner and service history. Overall, a great experience!
I’m really satisfied with be purchase. I purchased a car online and completed the purchase over the phone. It was out of state purchase as well. But everything went really smooth. I received my vehicle in good condition and in the time frame as promised. Alec as a salesman did an awesome job and helped as lot to make sure that everything will go smooth. Definitely will recommend Steven’s Creek BMW to everyone
Terrible service, rude employees as a previous Toyota owner I thought I was upgrading when I switched to BMW man was I in the wrong. My vehicle is defective so many issues and the service at this location is terrible especially the staff they are very rude. Fremont location is much better too bad I am far away.
The service advisor April was very helpful. I had issues after them Sevice that I had to return back. This time the Foreman Chris was extremely helpful and did a fantastic job of diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Overall great experience.
Very smooth testing and purchasing experience. They had the exact car I wanted and sold it for a fair price. Prac was great to work with! I have been coming to Stevens Creek BMW for a while now and their team is definitely among the best.
Last month I wrote a review about Stevens Creek BMW, and I’m keeping it up because I believe it’s a good thing it went from that review to this one.First, I’ll be the first to give credit where it’s due which brings me to Stevens Creek Blvd BMW that deserves some recognition for going above and beyond after a scathing review from me last month.Arthur is the employee I am referring to, I hope he gets every single accolade available because he is the reason I am now a SUPER satisfied customer. Thank you Arthur for; waiting for me, finishing what you had to fix in 15 minutes, your politeness and finally, your cheerful disposition.
The X3 PHEV is a great car! There is plenty of power. I drove from San Jose to LA today, and it climbed up the Tejon Pass from Grapevine effortlessly!I am still learning all the functions of this car as there are just too many to get familiar with. I am in fond of the head-up display- allowing me to keep my eyes looking straight forward.I do wish plug-in has more EV range. It is supposed to have 18 miles but I only get 16 as displayed on the dashboard after a whole-night charging.
Easy check in process. Getting my loaner took a long time because the porter was out to lunch. My advisor Tamir was very pleasant, polite, and communicative. Would definitely recommend to other BMW owners to see him for their service needs.
All the process was easy and smooth from beginning to end. My car had a low mileage and was at a good price. Fadi Ghabeyan went above and beyond to answer all of my worries and concerns and to make me feel comfortable throughout the transaction. Definitely ask for Fadi; I promise youll be pleased and satisfied with his help.
Frank is very helpful, patient and understanding. His customer service skills and expertise his beyond exceptional. He goes above and beyond to really make sure the customer needs are met.
Gordan has been the most helpful service advisor I’ve ever had with any brand. He’s always so friendly and willing to go out of his way to help myself and my husband with our needs. I always make sure to schedule an appt. With him specifically when we go in, because I know we’ll always have a wonderful experience.
Loving the experience shopping here! Got my dream car and the sales team are warm-hearted, detail-oriented and professional. Perfect place to buy a car!
My husband and I purchased 2 vehicles from Stevens Creek BMW and Prac assisted with with both purchases and he was nothing short of amazing. He was very kind, knowledgeable, patient and genuine. He is the type of person I would buy a car from!
I was very disappointed with the whole experience. The car was sold to me as “certified pre owned” with a damaged tire that could potentially blow when driving at highway speeds, which I now have to spend my own money to get replaced. The manager only offered me $200 that I could use on something from the parts department. The car was also filthy when it was delivered to me, especially the interior, almost as if it was never cleaned. And the whole process with registering the car has been extremely stressful and frustrating, as I am getting different information from BMW financial and the dealership. Overall I would not recommend anyone to buy from Steven’s creek if they are from out of state like me.
Johnathan (lease retention) was amazing. Best customer service I’ve ever received from Stevens Creek BMW. Henry (finance) was also kind and patient too guiding me through the process
Sales rep was up to date on all the cars in CPO and new. Worked hard to get us exactly what we wanted.
Id rather walk 200 miles over broken glass than ever have to drive another 7 hour round trip to buy a Certified Pre-Owned BMW from this place again. Complete waste of time, effort & money having been presented at pick-up with a $45k LEMON of a BMW. Utter disgrace and a management team that couldnt care less. Michael Spencer - GM: This car shouldnt have been offered for sale.... Ill call you next week and find a way to sort this out for you.... Guess what. Never heard a thing. No surprise. The photos are after it was detailed ready for me to pick-up, the damage to the paint work and inside never once mentioned over the phone, when pointed out the response... We can get some touch up paint. Utter joke of a dealership. Please, do yourself a favor, GO ELSEWHERE.
Thanks to April (the sales rep) who helped me with the car selection, answered all my questions and did the test drives with me. Appreciated the help and I am glad to find the car I like!
I forgot the name of the person who helped me at my last visit, last week. I believe his name was Frank (Im not sure) but he’s one of the managers there. He was great, knowledgeable and friendly.
It was very pleasant. Alec helped us in getting our car ready and delivered quickly.
By far the best car buying experience I ever had. Every time I go to dealership it’s stressful and sales people are pushy and often intimidating. Stevens Creek BMW was the first dealership to change this for me, the sales person helping me (Alec) was very helpful since day one when I was emailing the dealership about the car I wanted. He was very respectful in communication, quickly fetched the list of potential matches (initially I was shopping for M340i) and welcomed me at the dealership where I decided to get another car after a test drive - I love when I can test drive on my own terms without sales people in the back seat. The buying process was me filling in the documents at the table in a showroom (not in a dark basement like it usually happens in other dealerships), nobody was trying to sell me something I did not want and nobody pushed me unnecessary add-ons. Alec gave me a very generous trade in offer (I’m always verifying numbers on KBB and such) and the deal was amazing during August sales event.I am super happy with my new car and can’t thank Alec more for his efforts to make the deal this easy. Definitely coming back again and recommending to my friends.
SCAMMERS, STAY AWAY!!! 30000$ quote, 1200$ fix.I got 2 stories with this dealership. On my 550i i had an issues with my engine, it was under warranty in the day that i went to service, warranty suppose to expire in 15 days. They kept my car 2 days to inspect, then said we are busy set another appointment after 20 days, when i get there they told me that warranty is expired, even though they very well know that car had issues during the warranty, car has been serviced only in dealership. And they told me that they will not fix the car under warranty, i had to pay and they quoted me over 30000$. (See picture) That was insane. I was planning just to dump the car. Then friend of mine advised me a mechanic, who fixed the car for 1200$ almost 25 times cheaper, i have already put 6k miles, car works better than before.Second fraud they did to my wife, they told her its extended warranty for 75 k miles and 5 years. But actually they gave her maintenance plan for 3500$. I was not there for final documentation signups, she called me told me about extended warranty i talked to finance rep she confirmed that its warranty but they sold maintenance plan. When they sell the car they said its 5 year and 75k miles. And we got the car with 20k miles second hand. Turns out this maintenance package is only for couple of months and qualify only one time oil change. Thats insane one time oil change and 3500$. I recently got aware of fraud and requested cancellation. They are only returning us 600$ and some change.. now people you tell me if its not the big scam?!Finance manager Christina Ramos talked very rudely, fancifully directed to call BMW NA claiming that they are responsible for that, turns out they have nothing to do with it. Its their internal SCAM. I don’t really understand how a big corporation can employ this type of unprofessional, rude and unethical person, even put her in a managerial position.Long story short, avoid from this dealership. I have done business with BMW of Moutain View as well, they are more fair and honest.Even if u find a good deal here, buy only the car, do not fall for their fraud over extended warranty or maintenance plan. Also, if you want healthy engine don’t listen to BMW, change oil every 5 k miles, not 10 k miles as BMW stated. Not of the current bmw engine will survive over 60 k miles with 10k oil change as recommended by this scam dealerships.Get your oil-change in independent mechanic shops with high quality oil- MOBIL, or Liquid Molly. Will be way better and cheaper than what bmw charges you for their trash oil and best believe more reliable for you all..Stay away, stay safe from these scammers.Note, if anyone needs good BMW tech i can advice, not the scammers like in Steven’s Creek BMW..
Dont walk away from this dealership, RUN!! I bought a used BMW here, experienced some minor issues and they would not get on the phone to help or even respond!! Sold me on a maintenance package which they said covered maintenance items like oil changes, breaks, rotors, etc. turns out NOPE, ONE OIL CHANGE WILL NOW COST ME $2,400 since that all this will qualify for before the package expires. Now I have a car I have owned for just a few months that needs extensive break work, bushings, and a tire balance AND NO COVERAGE DISPITE PURCHASING THE MAINTENANCE PACKAGE. Im guessing they described one and signed me up for a lower package......I guess Ill be having to repair these items on my own dime, and the Ill be contacting consumer affairs, contacting BMW, and contacting the district attorneys office about this issue, I dont think they did their due diligence where safety requirements and used vehicles are concerned.Again, run....
I received excellent services from Steven Creek BMW service reps. Very satisfied.
Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff. I have been a long time client for 25+ years and am still satisfied with your service.
My experience was great right from the start. It was very organized during check in and Tyler walk me through what to expect. The service was quick and the price was fair.
The service rep April Montello was fantastic. She went above and beyond to get my car back in shape asap but most importantly to get me set up with a loaner. I would have been stranded in San Jose if not for Aprils professionalism and persistence. Thanks April!
Serviced my car one year ago and was told that there is a leak in the coolant and supposedly fixed. Few months later, I had to fill the coolant again (unusual). I look up online and apparently there is a class action lawsuit against BMW for faulty water pumps leaking coolant. When I took the car to the service center, i was greeted with I dont know about the lawsuit. If this were true, it is so disappointing that BMW does not own their faulty parts. At the very least, they should let their dealership know about the ongoing issue that many customers have faced resulting in a lawsuit. Frustrating. At the end of the conversation. I was given a 1800 number to call and investigate myself. They did not even have the number right number to call. Customer service definitely takes a backseat here. I hope that we get treated better next time.
My experience was amazing, my salesman was informed, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the difference between all models which lead me to an easy choice at the end.
Missed the donuts in the waiting room, maybe soon.Find the service costs to be intolerable ($125 to replace wiper blades, ?$117 to replace engine air filter??). Either the service dept. overcharges or BMW has a lot of redesign work to reduce routine maintenance. I will go an independent BMW certified repair shop next time to so I can compare annual maintenance costs. I previously had a Lexus and the annual maintenance costs for 10 years were not close to what BMW charges.
Had a great experience working with Gordon and the team at Stevens Creek BMW. This is the first time I have ever custom ordered a vehicle and the process was super smooth. Its a real treat to have an SUV with all the features exactly how I want them. My car even came in a week early! Im extremely happy with my new X5.
I had a great experience leasing my new BMW M440i from Stevens Creek BMW. My salesperson Ron was great to work with, answering all my questions, and making the transaction super smooth. I was in and out quickly, and would highly recommend Stevens Creek for anyone out there shopping for your new Ultimate Driving Machine.
This place is a big scam. Been there once, start to receiving endless spam mails and calls, apparently they sell customers data to other companies to make profit. Shame on you! Try a different BMW dealership, there are so many.
T.J. and the other staff were attentive and sought me out immediately when I arrived. T.J. was knowledgeable and courteous, and worked to find me the right model of i3. He didnt try to upsell me on a newer model, and gave me space to discuss my thoughts with my partner and my father. He was very helpful when it came to answering my questions regarding the financing policy, and efficiently guided me through my paperwork.
Never again will I go to this place. They returned my vehicle with broken clips and plastic pieces falling apart and when I told the guy he acted as he didnt know what happened and gave me a dirty look, he said he will fix it and later I found out he used some weird glue just to keep the plastic from falling instead of properly replacing the clips. I guess they dont know how to take the cars apart. How lame and I honestly feel sorry for them. Please give else where. When I call to ask If they could fix it, nobody bother to return the call. I figured why they would bother if they already had my money.
We had an excellent experience at Stevens Creek BMW and would recommend this dealer. As avid BMW enthusiasts we had a hard time deciding if we wanted an SUV or Sedan. Puru our sales manager was very patient and let us drive a range of cars. His service was excellent. We also really enjoyed working with Livia the finance manager.
Kamran @ Steves Creek BMW is fantastic! I went during the holiday weekend and it was buzzing with business and a wide selection of great options. Kamran was attentive, kind, very informative, listened to my interests, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Working with him completely turned around my experience engaging with car salesman. Can’t recommend him enough; reach out to Kamran if you’re looking for a new BMW!
Great service and relatively fast though the whole process. Manuel was very helpful!
Fadi was amazing during my car buying experience!!! I would recommend him and Steven’s Creek BMW to anyone in the market for a new car!
I found the car I wanted online and was able to work out all the details with Stevens Creek BMW, including transacting the purchase paperwork, loan and arranging transportation all remotely. They were great to work with and I love my BMW!
My experience started out great with Stevens Creek BMW. The first point of contact was with a lady who answered the phone. Great experience. I asked questions and she was able to answer them, not the usual responses of I dont know, I just answer the phones that I had received from other dealerships. I was eventually transferred to a sales rep and things started to go south. He immediately started the If you dont get down here now, I dont know if the car will be there for you and You have to come early because we often close early, if you come after work, we may not be here game that I noticed at less reputable companies. I tried to work with him but as the phone calls progressed, I felt like he was pushing too hard to make me feel like all hope would be lost if I didnt get down there right away. I already started to feel like he was just setting me up to come after work and he was going to try to push a different car off on me. I knew that there was always a possibility the car would sell before I came to the lot, but his sales tactics did not set well with me. I decided to call the main number again and ask for a different sales rep. I was transferred to another person, Alec. I told him exactly what I wanted, what my financing was approved for and that I was not interested in anything but factual and a straight forward sales transaction. From that moment until I walked out with my car, Alec and his team were upfront, clear, helpful and didnt make me or my family feel like we had to do anything other than walk out with the car we wanted. Alec turned a frustrating and souring experience into a positive one and we plan to return in a few months and buy another car for the family.
Great! Gordon Winans and Barrie Pedersen went above and beyond to be accommodating, friendly, and professional.
I had a great experience with Stevens Creek BMW.Working with Alec Kisin who guided us thru the build your own model process, explained every detail and eventually delivered a car in time with very smooth transaction. It was my second time to have a business with Alec.Thank you.

Had a great experience being assisted by Puru & Livia
Great Deal!!! Very satisfied. Thank you
Im so glad I choose Stevens Creek BWM to take care of my car. I was expecting a bad/expensive experience after my Check Engine turn on, but Tyler Lem just explain in detail what where my options and he will take care of my problem. Im so glad and thankful with him because he go further than needed. Ill recommend him to my friends that own a BMW.
I’ve never had a more pleasant/easy car buying experience! It took 20 minutes the day I test drove and another 20 minutes with the finance department the day I picked it up! I stopped in to test drive a beautiful X3 and TJ had it waiting for me ready to go. I have always gone with Toyota when buying a new car, but after experiencing the technology and comfort that you get with a BMW, I will never go back. I decided to go with a certified pre-owned X3 that was still under warranty and Stevens Creek BMW added to the warranty, so I felt covered. In the past, buying a car felt stressful, but these guys are amazing and make everything so incredibly easy! Thank you Stevens Creek BMW! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!
I had a great experience buying my 2017 X5 with Rocky and Mansour. Top notch service! They were able to improve my borrowing rate by over a point by working with the financial team. Well done!
I was searching for a particular color combo and was calling many BMW dealers and one of my friends being a loyal customer shared Alec’s number. I know how much I troubled many salesperson for the vehicle and features that I was looking for and Alec Kisin the last person I met. And from there I couldn’t move for any alternative. Alec was so friendly, helpful with lots of patience. He will definitely make sure that you are 100% satisfied with what you buy. I almost finalized 2021 BMW 430i which I did a test drive, and before confirming and at the nth moment, I wanted to check any other vehicle with Harman Kardon audio. Listening to the audio I dropped 430i but still Alec was so patience to show me other inventory. I left the place And I know how many times I called up Alec again for the next 2 days and not a single time he lost his patience. And Finally decided to go for M440i which has Harman K. The vehicle was shipped to Arizona(now you might have got some idea how I was crossing boarders for the vehicle I was searching) and Alec has sent a surprise gift to me. This is my first vehicle and I got the one I am looking for from a good person at a best price. And most importantly coming to the price, Alec made sure I am happy and I can assure that nobody can beat Steven Creek BMW in the bay area for the price they give. Thanks to Steven Creek BMW and Kudos to Alec Kisin
Got a very good deal here, good customer service.
Alecwas very helpful. He made the purchase smooth and went over all the details of the car with me.
