I still LOVE the go in and look experience that isnt like browsing online. I would never buy (copper/tin) pots just sight unseen. These Italian crafted pots are irresistible! I love using my belly pot for stock.The stock in this location at Westfield Valley Fair is dwindling. Fewer gadgets, table settings, bridal registry stuff. Still the coffee accoutrements, baking pans, sauces & mixes.I wonder if this represents a shift in focus or they are closing another mall store?

My wife love this place and we went here a lot. They offer quality kitchen stuff and some hidden gems like apple juice which is not seen elsewhere.

I wish I could give negative stars for this company.I ordered a paring knife on 06/29. It said that I should be receive the item in around a week. A week later, I didnt get the item although the order tracking page said the order was on its way to UPS. Another week passed but the tracking page said the same. I called the customer service and was told that they would take care of it and I should be able to get my order in a week. A week passed but I still didnt get the order and the tracking page still said Order on the way to UPS. I called again, this time I experienced the worst customer service Ive ever had. The lady first said that I should contact UPS and showed no sorry for my experience. I was really angry by her unprofessional behavior and attitude. She then said do you want to cancel the order? I can do that and thats the only thing I can do and she told me that I wasnt charged which is not true. What a terrible customer service agent!I could have cancelled the order at the time but I was so angry that I didnt do that. Another two weeks later, I found the tracking page still said the same thing, so I wrote an email to cancel the order.This company sells stuff at high price but offer the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. You might have good experience with them but once something goes south youll understand what I mean.Avoid this company at all cost.

Tried the curb side pick up and the direction was super confusing. We first went to the right location, and the woman wanted to double check if we are at the Winchester garage, I double checked on google, realized we are not at the right garage, then when we drove to the Winchester garage, we then did not see the curbside pick zone D. We drove back to the original parking garage, found the zone D and when I tried to tell the woman for future reference, there are two Winchester parking garage, the women told me she has no control over google. I told her that’s not the point, I am just trying to be nice by letting her know how to give better direction for future customers. She kept arguing that it is inside Winchester garage, and she has no control over Google map direction, if the customer can’t find it, then it’s too bad.Horrible customer experience. Screenshot below shows the correct pick up location in blue dot, and “Winchester garage” on Google is marked at the different location.

Great inventory and selection of quality kitchen items.

I went there and paid full price for a Nespresso CitiZ Chrome. When I went home and opened the box, its a 3 years old (by its SN) CitiZ which is previous generation and can be considered a different model. Even worse, it took me 2 hours effort before Nespresso technical service determined its broken. I then needed to drive back to the store to return it.

These days honestly I never find anything I am looking for my kitchen in this store. Went to look for china dinner dishes, pretty much nothing. Prior went to look for a wide wok, no luck. Cutlery, same result. It is almost they are stuck between being useful as a kitchen expert retailer or online. Though their online inventory has also declined. They could not even help me find applicable item in the online catalog.I find Macys to be more useful.

A toy store for any level cook. I needed an All-Clad double boiler insert. They didnt have one in the store. But, they quickly found one and shipped it to my home. Great customer service. Plus, they gave me a military discount. Wow!!!

How is it possible that a company as big as Williams Sonoma is unable to exchange a product that was purchased online with a valid receipt? After hauling a very heavy dutch oven to their store, the best they could do is mail us a gift card with the value of the product. We will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Found my favorite seasonal soap on sale (Winter Forest and Forest Berry) and saw exquisite tablesettings (a Chinese red pattern with navy and gold accents) and gleaming kichen equipment. Love the place!

This is a good place for kitchen supplies. The staff are really helpful, they even search the web for you if you want. Everything is neatly organized and labled. The store logo and title is really easy to spot since this is on the second floor. Staff are kind while they keep everything neat. There is also a demonstration for Vitamix blenders.

Stopped by here on my way home to grab some espresso machine cleaning tablets. They seem to have a pretty wide selection of kitchen equipment but I didnt really have much of a look around. Will definitely come back if I need anything for my kitchen however.

There are some very inattentive and rude staff at this location. I have gone in on two separate occasions needing help with a purchase and both times I was severely disappointed. The staff would not leave the cash registers to help me in a different part of the store nor were they even helpful in finding what I needed. Im not sure how they manage to make any sales with the laziness of some of the staff here. They will not be getting a visit from me in the future.

Today Williams Sonoma online advertises free shipping and 30% off gift crates...but it turns out only a very few are actually 30% off. They also offer free shipping and 20% off one item...but apparently NOT the one gift crate I tried to purchase. SO ...NO free shipping and NO discount, not 20% or 30%! Just wasted 18 minutes on hold with 2 customer service agents as well as 20 minutes perusing the web site. I went through a similar experience with Wms Sonoma last year. Enough! There are plenty of other similar vendors out there (Sur la Table comes to mind!) and I wont be wasting my time with Williams-Sonoma any more.
